Rated 5 out of 5 by Great rack for a non competitive lifter! I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this product and I must say I am very pleased with my decision. If you are a serious power lifter or crossfitter than stop reading this review and get serious. Go buy yourself a 11 awg steel rack that's rated to 1,000 LBS or higher. This rack is meant for the average person looking to maintain a steady workout routine and still have the ability to lift fairly heavy. The rack is rated up to 600 LBS which is more than enough for 90% of people. I used to lift very heavy but due to a herniated disc and torn cartlidge in my knee I can't lift that heavy anymore; therefore this rack is perfect for my needs. It's compact and sturdy and will do the job. One thing to add however... If you buy the 300 LB weight set with this rack keep in mind that the Olympic bar it comes with is only rated up to 300 LBS. So you will need to buy the 1,000 LB rated bar (sold separately) for any lifts over 300. A lot of people max out (either benching or squatting, etc.) over 300, so I just thought I'd add that tid bit. Rated 5 out of 5 by Compact, sturdy Perfect for home use, very functional and much spiffier looking than a full rack. I love it. August 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this rack I love everything about this rack! It was super easy to assemble, very sturdy, and easy to switch from benching to squatting or what ever your workout calls for. I would reccomend this to anyone that asks! August 23, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value. Instructions are easy to follow. Helps to have two people to put it together. Very steady and solid for me. Great value. July 30, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty Good I bought this awhile back and I have to say it's pretty decent. One of the holes was misaligned so I couldn't get a bolt into the hole but other than that assembly went well. As others have said the metal on this is of lower quality but my friend was able to bench 300 on this and it held up. The rack did move when racking the weight so be aware that if you bench that much I would consider buying a different heavier rack. July 18, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great buy esp on sale This rack does all a half rack should. I have never felt it was unstable at all. It gives me the basics that i need for free weight lifting. The pullup bars are a plus. The weight stack holders are helpful as well July 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent rack I did a lot of research on half racks for my garage and this one is hands down the most complete for the price. And just because it's more affordable doesnt mean it skimps on quality. It's a solid build. The added support in the back with the extra two legs means I can do kip-style pull ups (and the pull-up bars, by the way, are a fantastic add-on feature not common in many half-racks), lock my feet under the back horizontal bar for elevated situps and not worry at all about the rack tipping. The weight holders along the sides are a great add-on feature too so you can keep some order in your home gym. I use this for squats, dead-lifts, front-squats, pull ups, core-swings, bench (incline, decline and flat) and as a rack for barbell curls. I even sometimes pull out a resistance band, latch it to the top and do pulling exercises. And, it's super easy to set up out of the box. Socket wrench is very helpful. July 7, 2016
