Rated 5 out of 5 by 3rd year Using I am in my third fall ball season with this bat. I average probably 50 ab's per season with it. Still feels the way it did on the first day I got it. I really question the longevity issues of some commenters who claim it broke on first or second usage. I'm thinking it's them, not the bat. September 14, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by A bit surprised My teenage son just finished a Jr High baseball season in which they won the division championship, is playing tournament ball two age groups up from his age group, works out (including about 2 hrs a day batting ) daily, and takes professional lessons 1-2 days a week. He literally plays daily year round and while he doesn't use this bat exclusively, he does use it quite often. He actually owns two of them, and both have taken hits inside that would have snapped a one piece solid wood bat. Pop is just a bit shy of his composites (Mako and S1) but exceeds his solid wood bats (Mizuno Classic Maple and Louisville M9). Although all are 271 turns, this composite feels a bit more end loaded although his bat speed is pretty consistent in the mid to high 70s with hand speed in the low 30s. In short, if you are looking for a bat that plays like maple but want to maintain more durability than a solid maple bat, it's a good choice. July 2, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by broke right away i had a blue mizuno wood composite bat last season that made it to the last game before breaking. mizuno replaced it under warranty with this bat, and didn't charge me the $40 price difference. the more expensive bat broke my 2nd time at bat this season. no warranty because I didn't buy the bat. Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke After One Swing I took one swing with this bat and the bat snapped in half at the handle. Extremely disappointed in the durability of this bat. Would not recommend. If I could, I would give this bat zero stars. April 3, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent I had this bat for about a month and have used it in the offseason and during the summer. the bat is evenly balanced and the ball comes off the bat grate. the handle is nice and has a nice grip. I don't use batting gloves and the grip is grate. September 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by great popppp My son used the bat for about 18 games and hit 500 batting average and the bat never broke August 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke during my 2nd Game After Purchase The bat broke into my second game after purchasing it. With the name Mizuno you would think that it would be of better quality than it is. Very disappointed! The bat broke on the handle. July 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by handle broke after a week at the PG games. The handle broke after the first week of a Perfect Game tournament. The durability of this bat is not what you would expect. The bat did have some pop though. July 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Used one time Bat broke first time my son used it. Did not get one game in. July 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Handle Broke after second use The handle on the bat broke after using it during a second game. For the cost of the bat you would expect it to last longer than 2 games. June 26, 2014
