Rated 3 out of 5áby Arch not Tall Enough (for nerve entrapment pain) I am a female ballet dancer with a nerve entrapment in the master knot of henry. I purchased the men's insole because it accommodated my very wide metatarsal better than the women's insert of the same size. Ladies, if you have wider feet, get the men's instead. I really love these inserts except for 2 things: 1. The little bubble in the heel aggravates my foot 2. The "arch" support is yet again not tall enough to support my arches (which are fairly high). These inserts do help a great deal, but they just are not tall enough to do the maximum they can. I have added PPT stick on blue foam inserts to them and that has helped somewhat. And as for the ratings saything that they will not stay put, I don't believe you guys are wearing your foot wear as tightly as they should be worn. You cannot wear these inserts in a way that you can also slip your shoes on and off. They must be laced properly to keep them still. October 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5áby Don't do it! I was trying to find a cheaper faster way, rather than custom orthotics, but these are a waste of money. They wouldn't stay seated and kept crawling towards my toes, obviously not what I needed. November 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5áby Will not always stay in place This insert can give good arch support to relieve the pain associated with plantar fasciitis; however I have had problems with the insert not staying in place and slipping forward in my shoes. This is primarily because the insert is not a full insert but is designed to only fill ż of the shoe. If you must do much walking, look for another insert because you are going to be taking your shoes off to readjust the insert. April 3, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5áby Shoe inserts Good feel but fit isn't exact. They do provide very good feel but tend to slide around a bit while playing soccer. Great just in everyday shoes with stability. October 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Great product Instant relief!! Best product that I have found for the price November 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5áby Alright.. Soles work good, just not a fan of the 3/4 insole. But definitely better than all of the Spenco insoles. Will buy the full length sole next time. November 6, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5áby comfortable but... These insoles provide good support but tend to move forward in the shoe so that eventually your heel is no longer in the cup. I have narrow heels so this may not be true for everyone. April 8, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5áby No Arch Support; Heel moves I gave this 2 stars, if you have flat feet and can keep the heel from moving out of place, it may be good for you. Otherwise, it has virtually no arch support and the insert moves around a lot until you can get it in the correct position, then it seems to stay put o.k. After 2 days of wearing these in my work shoes (where I was trying to replace/upgrade from Danner Airthotics), my plantar fascia was sore, so I switched back and they were relieved without using the Sof Sole. Sending back to manufacturer under the 30 guarantee. February 3, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5áby Quality Made I was experiencing some heel pain so I bought these. I didn't quite meet the symptoms of planter fasciitis but I thought they might work. These are quality made soles that I would think would last a long time. After wearing them a couple of weeks they did not help the pain. The heel pad was soft but not quite soft enough. I think the arch is a little too low to take the pressure off the heel. Everyone's feet are different so they may work for you. January 14, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5áby Good Support, wish it were full length This insole provides very good support and eases the pain from my Plantar Faciitis. The only down side is that it is not a full length insert. So, it tends to move around in my shoe a bit. If it weren't for that, I'd have given it 5 stars. January 7, 2015
