The Urban Rebounding™ System helps to simultaneously work all the major muscle groups while burning calories and providing a cardio and strength conditioning workout. This was very easy to set up. The problem we have is the handle. It could not be more flimsy. Also three of the rubber straps the hold the legs up & out of the way when folded pulled off before our first use. [$] doesn't = quality in this case.

I use this trampouline for about a half hour every day. I thought that it was extremely easy to set up. I find that it is extremely easy to use. My opinion of the stability bar is that it isn't meant to be held on to for dear life while jumping up and down, but it serves its purpose extremely well if you want to keep your hands on it to ensure that your jumping in one place.

1-step set-up with no tools --- I would not consider another brand. Additionally, the handle is a great 'just in case' safety feature.

For Wii users, this is a great companion for the running program.
