This is the 3rd fitness tracker that I have purchased that has been a waste of money. To start, the instructions are one small sheet with the location and function of buttons. The instructions are confusing because they mention a battery but it makes a statement about a rechargeable and non-rechargeable battery so you can't tell what type of battery it uses. I have been wearing the tracker for about 2 weeks. It doesn't track the steps (way low) correctly and I changed the setting to the most sensitive with no better accuracy. The heart rate tracking requires you to push a button and hold it in until it shows the heart rate. It only works about 1/2 of the time. The calorie counter I figured out works at least partially off of the heart rate. (Not that the instructions give you any real useful information like how it is determining the calorie count, I figured that out myself) So if you don't remember to take your heart rate before and after a workout the calorie count is wrong. My advice is don't waste your money, buy a $20 pedometer, take your own heart rate and wait for the companies to figure out how to make a fitness tracker that works. If you look all of the fitness trackers reviews they all have the similar reviews to this. They just do not work.
