PRIMED Red Seam Plastic Training Baseballs - 12 Pack 2.5 5 13 13
Nice practice ball I used these balls to give batting practice to my 5 year old grandson and they worked great. Three dozen in a bucket do the job. The red seams look nice but are not needed in my opinion as the plain white ones work just as well . I will buy more of these balls October 28, 2014
Poor Quality Bought for my 12 year old select team. First one hit split in 1/2. After 10 minutes of hitting, 4 of the 12 split in 1/2. Will be taking these back. I had gone to Dick's to purchase the Baden brand, which I bought there before. I have had no problems with them. These Primed Brand balls are terrible quality. October 14, 2014
Great for my 3 year old We have some regular white balls like this, but these are nicer-looking and my son loves them. October 9, 2014
Not what they used to be I purchased a dozen "Red Seam Plastic Training Baseballs", which are more than twice as much as other whiffle balls sold by Dick's because in the past these type of balls have been considerably more durable. It became apparent very quickly that there has been a change in the manufacturer or manufacturing process, both in look and feel, and in their durability. The ones I bought on 9/26/14 were a total waste of money. I have used them 3 times with my 10 year old son and he has broke (split in half) nearly half of them. The previous dozen I bought are still holding up after countless usage. My intent with this latest purchase was to purchase more of them so we did not have to pick them up as often during a batting session. The bottom line is I'm extremely disappointed. I will look elsewhere to see if other retailers still carry the other red seam balls. October 9, 2014
Worst product ever They split in half first time used them. Bought them as a gift not a happy little boy. September 9, 2014
low quality the balls broke easily and quickly when used in an ordinary way. August 12, 2014
Primed Red Seamed Plastic Training Baseballs These plastic baseballs are really great to play a good quality game of wiffle ball and not have to worry about breaking them when you hit them hard! Their great! Highly recommend for playing serious but also having a fun time of ball playing! June 24, 2014
terrible. i went through 2 different packages & both split in half when my son hits the balls with a wiffle bat. The store was great. I brought back the first package & they quickly & generously gave me a new package. Unfortunately, the same results occurred. I was hoping I just received a bad batch of balls. My son is 4 so he doesn't swing very hard. He uses a wiffle ball bat (also purchased from Dicks). i'm surprised @ the poor quality of these balls. I think they need the solid balls. These plastic training balls have a seem down the middle & that's where all the balls cracked. Very poor quality. I've seen High School kids swing aluminum bats @ wiffle balls. Again, they must be using solid plastic balls without any seems. The store was great. i need to go back there & return the 2nd package but I haven't found time to do so yet. May 20, 2014
Junk - Don't buy! I purchased 3 dozen for my 9 yr. old son. We work out at least 3 nights a week hitting 100+ balls. He broke 7 the first evening. After our 3rd workout, we had a dozen to return. We now have our 2nd dozen to return and its only been 3 weeks. Along with the three dozen of "Primed" balls I purchased, I have a dozen of the Baden brand with seams. They have lasted with no problems. The quality is very apparent. Unfortunately Dick's doesn't carry them anymore so you have to go online to baseballexpress to order. Worth the wait. I hope Dick's adds them back to their inventory. May 19, 2014
excellent, reliable and durable This product is more durable and less likely to break than other brands. May 6, 2014
