Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Romaleos 2 I am very pleased with my recent purchase of Nike Romaleos 2 weight lifting shoes. I have a wide foot- I wear a 10.5 EE in a dress shoe- and have difficulty fitting into shoes that are standard width. I purchased a size 11 Romaleos 2 and the fit is great. Additionally, the toe box is roomy enough for comfortable wear yet the heal is snug enough to prevent sliding. The heal platform is exactly what I had expected, I lose nothing on each lift due to compression of the heal. The construction is excellent and I would definitely buy them again if I had to do it all over again. October 17, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good squatting shoe I'm still getting used to these shoes but I think they will become my go to squatting shoe. A lot of people like the raised heal and I get that but I think the best part is the stiff no give sole-- it cups your heel and is super solid. I have never had a shoe this rigid and it feels good for lifting. It may sound funny but the shoe seems to stick to the ground (figuratively) during a squat setup. As to the sizing, I wear a 10.5 Nike sneaker and the 10.5 Romaleo 2 size did seem perfect for me. On the negative they are a specialty shoe that will set you back around $200. I will only wear these at the gym. I do like the 2 velcro straps on each shoe but the top strap is a little long (so far it has not gotten in the way but I wouldn't be surprised if that changed over time) March 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by God Shoes Best pair if workout shoes I have ever bought. Keeps your feet planted to the floor for every workout. The run true to size for athletic shoes. Nice and snug.. The only problem I have had is that they don't breathe very well. February 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The Romaleos makes the training easy. I specifically order this shoes just to squat. For my understanding its very important to have the right tool to do the work. so this is my tool. I love doing legs but squatting is a big problem for me because of my back. what this shoes does is it helps you with your form. with a solid bottom and an extra support on the hills it helps you keep your back straight. so go get it, I guarantee you won't regret it. hope this was helpful April 23, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is highly recommend for serious weight lifters Made a difference on my son's performance in heavy weight lifting October 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Comfortable, but slippery soles I tried many weight lifting shoes, and it came down to these or the Adipowers. So, I toke both pairs to the gym and tested them under weights. These felt better on the foot, but they slid on the wooden platform. I decided to go with the Adipowers then. Some say the Adipower are more narrow, the Romaleos more wide, but I think it's just a general sizing issue. I wear an 11.5 in the Adipower and an 11 in the Romaleos (11.5 in Reebok's Crossfit Nano 2.0). My foot is also too wide for Chuck Taylors, just to add another reference point. July 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by I waited to long never thought I needed lifting shoes since I just lifted 3-4 times a week at a gym and didn't compete but I was wrong. these shoes are awesome and I should have bought them years ago. I am naturally very inflexible in the ankles and legs even though I stretch often I am adequately flexible now these shoes helped massively when squatting and cleaning. trust me if you want to be your best a lifting weights get these shoes are something like them. my form is so much better now my back and ankles thank me.
