Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Geezers At age 82, my hiking needs are not typical. But I still take my long walks, often across parkland that can be quite uneven. This trek pole works just fine for me, and I feel it would have been equally fine 30 years ago when I was very active in rough terrain. At less that 30 bucks, what's not to like? October 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great performance; great value Just returned from ten days of hiking in the Galapagos Islands. There were many different hiking surfaces from sand to volcanic rock. Encountered flat terrain and steep climbs. This pole worked great. It provided balance and support on all the trails. It also left one hand free to keep the camera ready for action. When there was a need to stop and use both hands, the strap allowed holding the pole without waving it around and poking other hikers. I had no problem telescoping the pole and adjusting its length. I thought the price was very reasonable. Great performance and value. September 24, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Trekking Pole Difficult to Adjust Very convenient to be able to buy a single trekking pole as that was all I needed for my walk in the snow. This trekking pole seems sturdy enough and is nicely finished. The grip and strap are functional and the markings on the pole are useful. Unfortunately the pole is most difficult to adjust to a particular length. The twist to unlock and twist to lock functions do not work as well as they did on the trekking pole for which this one was a replacement. March 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broken Bought one. Found out it was defective and missing a piece. January 10, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not sure how to respond! Ordered 2 poles. One came thru fine, the other was missing the rubber "foot". I called, was treated very kindly, and told I would receive the foot in the mail. Well, here it is over a week past Christmas and I still don't have the foot! The poles were given as Christmas presents! What a disappointment! January 2, 2015
