Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 75 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can't go wrong with Brooks Since breaking my foot, I've needed a shoe with more support/stability. Brooks are that for me. (Just be careful to pick the right level of support for your needs). I love that some are bright 'n bold in their color scheme, while others are tame and can be worn more for every day use. Rated 3 out of 5 by Though they were great for my husband, not so much for me These are my husband's favorite running shoe, and got me to try them. I am sure they are great for runners, but not for my type of exercise. I found the arch support to be too hard and caused discomfort after a while. I am sure they are great, so I will give them a so, so review due to my personal experience only. Again, they are a running shoe and I would not use them as such. I will try some other ones out. Rated 4 out of 5 by Too Heavy Too heavy! Good Quality. The shoes were bought for a work shoe, RN 8 hr shift and plus and do not forget tarazzel floor, became heavy at middle of shift. March 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good shoes but overpriced Not the most comfortable shoes I've ever run in. I would have expected to love them much more with the hefty over $100 price tag. March 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brooks GTS Love the sneakers. They are very comfortable. Can't say enough about them. March 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect sneaker I was looking for a wide sneaker with excellent support. Love them!!! March 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love, love, love! I bought these shoes because I was going back to work and needed shoes I could be in 12 plus hours a day. I am a nurse and on my feet the majority of the day. From the first time I put them on, they felt like they were made for my feet. My husband wanted me to take my old shoes to work just in case these made my feet sore, I took them along, but never put them on, these were much more comfortable than my old pair. I have a wide foot and a high arch so I'm hard to fit, but these are great! I would highly recommend! March 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Really Like These Shoes I have never worn Brooks before but wanted to get the best shoe I could to begin walking because I am recovering from back surgery. I did have an issue at first with my shoes making my feet numb but I realized they were laced to tightly. I have never had shoes that wrap so close around my foot and so I just laced up as normal and with the Brooks it made it too much. I played with the laces and the degree of pressure for two or three days but now that I have that set I really love these shoes. They support me and my back is doing great with the walking. Rated 3 out of 5 by not sure yet I got these shoes for 2 reasons. 1 was because I have heard good things about this running shoe, and the second was because I can return it if i am unhappy with the product. So far I am seriously thinking about returning them. The arch is almost too high and it makes for an uncomfortable run. March 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by My walks have improved! My friend challenged me to walk a half marathon with her so I put on my old trainers 7 weeks ago and started walking in our neighborhood which is quite hilly. Walking for just 30 or 40 minutes for the first few weeks was okay but as my distance increased I noticed that there were bad pressure points at the start of mile 3. In another 2 weeks, they were noticable at 2.5 miles leaving me wishing for foot massages every night. So off to Dick's I went; after trying on several pairs, these were the most comfortable right away and had the most stable base. I've been using these for several weeks and right away my walks improved. My feet stay in place rather than sliding forward and side-to-side and have enough cushion that my feet don't ache at the end of each walk. I did a 7-mile training walk last weekend and breezed through it! March 12, 2014
