Rated 4 out of 5 by Sir Hoopsalot Lots of fun?..
Not as difficult to put together as previously described. It takes about 2 hours and very solid. One great feature is it folds up to about 24" deep with very limited effort.

Rated 1 out of 5 by cgirolamo get ready a bunch of problems
Ok. I am an engineer so think I have some justification for thinking I am pretty good at building stuff like this. And have had to build a lot of this type of stuff for my kids. The visual directions at several spots are very hard to discern. Can't tell which side of a sectional piece is supposed to attach a pole. Some pieces it is hard to tell top from from bottom, left from right, etc. Consequently, I had to redo about half a dozen steps. Finally got it assembled after - about 5 hours - and it does not come close to sitting even on the ground. Tried redoing several steps to correct with no luck. When the return canvas/plastic sheet is attached to front pole it is so tight, it doesn't stay attached. Regardless, would think something other than velcro would be appropriate. Again. something structural related to the same symptom of not sitting even on the ground is probably at play with this problem..
Even if / when I get the assembly correct, I can't see how this unit is going to be very structurally sound and having a reasonably long life. Though suspect it will make it past the 90 day warranty period. Opps, caveat emptor I guess.
Finally, let's play anyhow. The scoreboard does not work properly. Customer service had me a new one within a week (nice job)? Getting ready to go back downstairs and see if I can figure out the return attaching properly and legs not sitting flush. Since I can't find the manual, went to the web site to get another copy and?.not on the web site. Pretty obvious and simple customer service expectation common in the industry. Suspect customer service will be able to get me a new one quickly. Got that going for them!
One more quickie. 9 out of 10 would put the back of the unit against a wall. Well, there are two screws that stick out at basket height which make nice gouges in the drywall behind the unit as the ball off the backboard rattles the unit. No worries, drywall patch is easy, then sand then paint. Hope I have the right color for this wall!? Anyhow, I can figure it when this thing falls apart ?.. I'm guessing right around Easter just past the end of 90 day warranty period. Way cool. It'll be warm then and they can shoot regular basketball at the real hoop in the driveway.
So??no a happy customer but am kind of stuck.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bball Missing Parts
Ordered this for my boys for Christmas. It was missing a pole. When contacting the company they were horrible. Said they would not be able to supply missing pole for at least a month. Didn't even take care of it over the phone but told me I would have to email them about the pole. Still haven't got any response from email 2 weeks later!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by BasketballJones Works as advertised but it's a HUGE challenge to assemble
If it weren't for the fact that I assembled a similar game a few years ago I could've easily spend an entire day figuring out the instructions. It still took far too long (3+ hours) due to poorly written assembly instructions. Large pieces were labeled well but the various bolts and smaller pieces were a total mystery. It's up and working well. Just beware that those who might be mechanically-challenged will come close to beating themselves over the head with a pipe before this job is completed.
