Rated 1 out of 5áby Not pleased with this Treadmill so far I purchased this treadmill in January for about $1400. It gets moderate use, after about 90 days it started making noises and was vibrating quite a bit. In addition the display screen never seems to remember the settings so I am constantly having to re-program it. Today, I called the service service center and after chatting with a customer service representative she told me the motor has went bad... (: And they were out of stock on the motor. Eventually we agreed they need to send out a technician to properly diagnose the problem. - Not a pleased customer at this point. April 29, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby Awesome I got this treadmill for an excellent price. It was well worth the investment. I love it for what I want to use it for. I have been paying for a gym membership and I always had an excuse on why I didn't go. So now I have no excuse. January 13, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5áby In love with this treadmill I searched and searched and tested and tested tons of treadmills and I fell in love with this! I am an avid runner/marathoner and needed something that could get me through the cold/Icy winters in pittsburgh. This treadmill has surpassed my expectations. The features are amazing especially for the price point. I typically run at 7-8mph and there is zero shake, this machine is super sturdy. The 15% incline is perfect for hill training. The audio output is superb. The fan is OK but not great. I installed this with the help of my boyfriend and it wasn't dificult, it is VERY heavy. I highly recommend this treadmill, It's gym quality with a great price!!!! January 13, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5áby Nice while it lasted, which wasn't long My wife and I shopped around to replace our old ProForm after it started acting up. It had served us well for 8 years of regular use, so we leaned toward getting another ProForm. Although it had identical specs to the 995C, we liked the control layout of the ZT10 so opted for it even though it wasn't as widely available as the 995. When we used it, the display layout was nice, it was reasonably quiet and we were very happy with it. That opinion only lasted for about 6 weeks, when the belt stopped in the middle of my workout. I troubleshot over the phone with ProForm support and they sent me a new controller. It was on back-order, so it took a couple weeks. It came with some decent instructions so installing it myself wasn't bad. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem. I called ProForm back and they sent me a new console. Again, on back-order, so it took another couple weeks to get it. This time, no instructions, but I did get it hooked up and installed. The belt still won't turn and now the incline is making a funny noise. Now ProForm wants to send a tech out. I'm supposed to wait up to a week just for them to call to schedule a visit. When they finally do come, I was told they may need to order parts, which will require more waiting and then a second tech visit. I bought the treadmill almost 3 months ago and only got 6 weeks of running out of it. Very disappointed in this purchase to say the least. December 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby This product worth the money. This is probably more treadmill than I needed but I love it. I am walking on a daily basis using the treadmill. Before this purchase I could find excuses for not walking. Am anxiously awaiting the iFit module. October 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Soft Cushion, well built, and built in USA I just finished running in the hotel gym and it hit me about half way through my run how good my treadmill is at home! This thing at the gym was so hard, has no cushion, but thank you to it for making me realize the beauty of mine! The Proform zt10 has about the same size of running surface, but it has amazing cushion. I've had it for 3 months now so I feel its appropriate to review. Pluses: cushion, its quiet, and its big. Cons: I should have bought one withe touch screen/internet option, so shame on me. added bonus- its built in the USA! This didn't really dawn on me until recently that I made a good choice of buying something made here. I would definitely recommend this unit, I run approx. 23-28 miles a week and like I said, it took me running in a hotel gym tonight to realize what I have! September 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Satisfied I like to run outside and for decades have poo-pooed treadmills. As a result, I usually don't run in winter, since in Iowa they tend to be harsh. So I finally broke down and bought a treadmill... the ZT10. I am pleased with it. The horror stories about the assembly are exagerated... took me 1 1/2 hours with 10 minutes of help from my son. It helps if you read the instructions completely and sort the hardware before starting. My unit runs fine. The only problem is that the hand grip heart monitor does not work properly... hopefully the customer service will send me a replacement console. Fortunately the chest strap monitor works fine, so its not a big deal. The shock absorbers are quite effective. My knees have been thanking me since I started running on it. Also, I can tell the shock absorbing is more effective than the treadmills at my work which are $3500 units. Yes, it is heavy, and it was a bear lugging the box inside. However, heavy equates with sturdy, and it has a very solid feel to it. Overall, I think it is a good treadmill for the money, and I'm pleased with it. August 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5áby Garbage, look else where Squeaks like crazy (and no i'm not 500 lbs). I typically turn on the T.v. and now I can't even hear it with with all the noise the treadmill makes. Highly annoying! Now, after 3.5 months it doesn't work. Screen lights up but none of the buttons work... In the middle of looking for my receipt to see if it's still under the factory warranty. For a 1000.00 dollars I'd find something better, wish I could return it. July 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Some Assembly Required Let me start off by saying that this treadmill is a wonderful piece of equipment; however the assembly process is ridiculous. You must have two or more people to get the thing in the house. It weighs in excess of 200lbs. Once you get it in the house, the fun begins. We spent 2 1/2 hrs. assembling the machine. The hardest part is the console itself. It is awkwardly shaped and top heavy, making it extremely difficult to maneuver onto the legs. You have to be extremely careful about pulling on or crimping the wires** Once the machine is together, you can start jogging/walking right away. We were told by the salesperson at the store that it came with the maintenance kit - it does not, so you will want to get one of those either at the store or online. The iFit: This particular model advertises the iFit as being a great addition to your runs/walks - however it does not come with the treadmill. The module itself must be purchases separately and additional subscriptions can be purchased as well. Overall we are pleased with the treadmill. It seems to be made well and is a huge upgrade from our previous model. May 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5áby very poor quality for the money I purchased this treadmill via the website on 2/14/14. When it arrived the frame was broken. I contacted customer service and they arranged for it to be picked up and a new treadmill was sent to me. The replacement came with a gash in the computer console. I had waited a month for my new treadmill so I put it together, but it would not come out of demo mode or stop if turned on. I contacted customer service again and a new console was sent. I ran for 30 minutes only for it to stop working! Called customer service again and they went through a lot of trouble shooting steps with me, including having me take the console apart and inspect wiring (really??) which did not resolve the problem. Customer service offered to send another computer console (yay, 10 more days), but it is now on backorder with no estimate of when it will be shipped!! I've owned this treadmill for almost 2 months and have yet to really use it! April 1, 2014
