Rated 1 out of 5áby No replacement Parts. Any product that cost this much and you can not get any thing to fix it when it breaks. Poles somehow got twisted at the top. One pole snapped. Coleman says there are no parts. That it cant be taken apart. Um, I see screws. It comes apart just fine. I need a new pole. $190 tent is junk. May 18, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5áby Still using it!! Well on year #2 and have used this tent about 8 times I gave it 3 stars last year but have figured a better way to set up the tent with less chance of breakage. We leave the door part open and stand inside on the floor in the middle of the tent and lift the center of the tent up while someone else goes around the tent and extends the poles until all of the poles are locked in, then let go of the center part. Hope that helps some. May 6, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5áby Broke while setting it up One of the black piece that holds all of the rods together at the top of the tent is made of cheap plastic and snapped while setting it up. It's a good design and was very quick to set up and take down. If they were to replace the parts with durable materials I would buy this tent and give it a 5 star rating. Once again someone produced a great product and ruined it with inferior components. The money Coleman saved on the cheap plastic parts will cost them ten fold in lost business. Until now I always associated Coleman with quality. November 19, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5áby Took back Not "instant" by any stretch. Actually, because of poor design, takes much longer to put together than traditional sectioned poles that cris-cross the tent. To make matters worse, while we were "instantly" setting it up, one of the poles joints started wrapping the tent around itself. I'm not kidding. Must be "wound" in some way? Whatever. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE that will come from buying this tent. Even if on sale, you will not "save" anything. Read the reviews on Amazon and the internet. Love D's SG; but not this product. Rated 1 out of 5áby Piece of junk! I bought this tent in preparation for a family camping trip. Luckily I decided to test it out in the back yard prior to taking it camping. The black piece that holds all of the rods together is made as cheap as a Mcdonalds toy and snapped while setting it up. The idea is great but the part of the tent that holds the most pressure can't be that cheap! Do not buy this tent. August 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5áby Not great.... Used this tent twice and though the tent material seems good enough the poles are somewhat flimsy and even take the shape of the dome after disassemble also I have had some trouble pulling them apart until they lock into place. I really like the concept of (instant tent) but probably should have bought one that wasn't a dome style because dome tents need strong sturdy poles. Haven't had anything to break yet thus the three stars but not to optimistic about the future. p.s. bought it hoping my kids would be able to set it up and take it down without asking for dads help, well dads help may be why nothing has broke yet. Rated 1 out of 5áby This tent sucks... Just like the other reviewer, i too bought this tent today, took it home to set up in my backyard and sure enough, the main roof support bracket broke while pulling it up. What a waste of time! Buyer beware!! July 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5áby Poor Design I bought this tent. I was excited to buy it.As I was setting it up, it flexed and brokeThe poles were flimsy.I had to go buy regular Coleman TentI would not recommend this tent at all !!! July 7, 2014
