Rated 5 out of 5 by Great clubs Played them for first time Dec 2016, could not believe the distance I got with them,as a senior it was a great feeling hitting long again. December 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Game improvement! Hit them at practice range a little over the weekend and played my first round with them today. Wow! My ball flight is higher (which is what I wanted) yet still penetrating. I hit several greens in regulation which is unusual for me and they are very smooth to swing. They are maybe 5 yards longer than my others which were a complete set by Snake Eyes I bought last fall when I came back to the game after a 10 year absence. I shot an 87 today and usual score on this course is 92-96. Yes, they made that big of a difference! I got them for $299......with hybrid 3-5 woods.....great purchase!! October 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love Em Have played 2008 Callaway steel Big Berthas for years and really liked them. Nice heavy feel. But have loved playing Adams 3&4 hybrids and saw this graphite set at Dicks for $299! Bought on impulse. Rare for me. Much lighter shafts but heads have umph! Tremendous distance. A wonderful sweet ding sweet spot sound. Glad I swallowed my pride, as I thought I should move to game improvement irons as my game has improved. But these give so much distance with an effortless swing. I swing easier with greater balance and scoring better. Thank you Dicks and Adams! Don't hesitate. September 9, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by They Helped My Game This is my first year playing golf. Late start at 64 yrs. old, but even so I noticed a marked improvement in my game. Great set of clubs at a reasonable price, especially for someone who doesn't want to spend a ton of money out of the gate. Very satisfied. August 16, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by NICE OUT OF BOX I have yet to be able to use the clubs. They do look and feel good though. August 13, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Clubs I'm a high handicap with a back brace playing golf and was even thinking about giving up the game, but these clubs have brought back the "fun" in my game. I love them. July 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by these are long These are longer than a12 OS clubs that I had before. Also seem more forgiving as they are advertised. Would recommend to fellow high handcappers like myself. June 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great game improvement clubs As a beginner golfer I've used a Adams Tight Lies Plus set a couple of years which I liked. However, as I wanted to improve my game, and after researching, I decided to buy the Adams New Idea irons. I've only used the irons a few times, but what a difference! The irons are EASY to use and once I get used to them, I EXPECT my game to improve. June 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great clubs if you are looking "super game-improvement" sticks I already had two sets of clubs -- Ping i15s and older Tour Edge Exotics with small heads -- and like them both. And as a 15-handicapper, I'm right on the cusp of the target audience Adams has for these -- 15+ handicappers. But I had some distance gaps with my old clubs, particulalry between my shortest hybrid and longest iron. And my miss is toward the toe, which these clubs are designed to address. I bought this set with 85-gram steel shafts and graphite on the hybrids. PROS: Very nice clubs, a "springy" face that produces more distance compared to my other sets (with similar lofts), consistent distance, good feel on sweet-spot hits, not much sting on off-center hits, amazing hybrids (which Adams is known for tho' these are not the same as the brand's top-of-the-line hybrids). CONS: Some golfers might not like the "clunky" look (wide soles, more similar to Ping g25s than to Ping i25s); some might not like the hollow construction of the irons -- but I don't think the ball knows the difference. CONCLUSION: I'm happy with the clubs and are playing them two or three times a week while the others sit in the closet. Obviously, these are not for better golfers who can consistently hit the sweet spot and can work the ball. But a good value for a set of irons and hybrids. February 12, 2014
