Rated 5 out of 5 by UA Geek It's light in weight, but retains heat!
I love Under Armour! This company is worth buying into in my opinion. It may seem like it is expensive, but my closet is filled with it, and their cold gear is perfect for Chicago weather. This jacket is light but is very warm. I tested it the next day I got it, when it was at 7 degrees in the morning. I was a bit cool for a couple of minutes, but I warmed up within the next five minutes. I layer up all the time, so I would advise to put a layer underneath this jacket just in case.

I purchased this coat with a gift card at our local Dick's and I what I like about this coat is how suprisingly warm it is for being so light. I am a runner so I puchased mine with a fitted look but could have easily went up a size without compromising it's performance. I love the zippered pockets and the fact that you can zip the coat up around the neck/bottom 1/8th portion of the hood. Overall very satisfied. I wish there would have been a tie strap through the bottom of the coat but with the Large I bought it has a nice look. I ran in 28 degree F temps this week and the coat kept me comfortable and at one point I had to unzip to let cool air in. I do however want to point out one very interesting fact about the price of the coat. All the coats in the store had original tags of $99.99 (no mark downs whatsoever); when I checked out the cash register it rang up $139.99. I asked the clerk why was there a price difference and she said she did not know but adjusted the price with manager approval and notified the department of the discrepency. I really like the coat at 99.99. I'm not sure it's worth $139.99. but if it was the last one and knew how much I like it now I probably would have forked over the extra $40. One things for sure, CHECK YOUR TOTALS AT THE REGISTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's quite possible computer glitches and human error are causing all of us extra money at the register.
