This trampoline works great.
For the price I love this trampoline. I use it to mix up my cardio. I use it about 15 minutes, every other day.

Hard to Handle
Although this product is value priced I feel the quality of materials used is quite poor. You need to open and lock the trampoline frame while combating tension from the elastic bands attached to the trampoline. While trying to open and lock the frame on my trampoline I managed to bend and deform the guide and tube that inserts into the guide. I'm not extremely strong but I managed to bend the metal frame by myself. In my opinion this was due to inferior material used to manufacture the frame. But then, what can you expect for the price??

Good item for the price
Bought this almost as an impulse buy for my wife on her birthday (got her other stuff, too). She's been wanting a treadmill off and on, but they're expensive and, worse for us, take up a lot of space. The trampoline definitely exercises some of the same muscle groups and she has been having a lot of fun with it each morning. She also says it is a very good workout. It seems to be well made and the price (I paid $39) can't really be beat. Couple of cautions. It is not rated for anyone over 200 pounds (no problem in our case but could be for others). Also, you only learn it takes three people to assemble after you unpack the instructions. Makers are not kidding. We tried it with two and it takes three. We ended up taking it back to the store for help, which was cheerily provided by the person in the exercise area, but it still took all three of us to get it together and we worked up a sweat. It is under very strong tension and trying to cheat on the assembly could easily lead to being whacked on the forehead by the metal frame moving at high speed. Take their word for it and either have three people on hand when you put it together or have it assembled at the store. That is the only reason I gave it a "good" rather than an "excellent" rating.

Works just fine but get the store employees to assemble it
I saw some negative reviews about this product, but they all seemed to focus on the difficulty in getting the trampoline assembled. When I visited Dick's Sporting Goods and expressed my concern with assembling the product, the store employees said they were familiar with the issue and they offered to put it together for me. It took two guys to do it and I think it took them about 20 minutes. They struggled with a screw that didn't seem to line up quite right but they were able to get it done. I've been using the product for a few weeks as a substitute for running since I can't get home to run before it gets dark and I like it. It's not as strenuous as a jog but it's better than not working out at all! The bouncing is a great workout for the legs. Overall, I recommend this product if you don't have to assemble it yourself.

Not a fan, but it does work and has lasted me a while
I bought this for low impact cardio, since I have psoriatic arthritis. I used it for a couple of years, and it is still in great condition, so it holds up well. My biggest issue was that because it is not springs (it is straps), there is too much resistance- not enough bounce. It did not come pre-assembled, either. My husband and I had to assemble together because of the difficulty. I don't recommend this trampoline, spend a few extra dollars for a better one.

Assembly Nightmare!
My husband and I could not believe how difficult this was to assemble. It took the 2 of us and our teenage daughter to get it together. My husband has never struggled before with anything that needed assembly. You have to literally force down on the metal (with full body weight) to make the circle fit together. At one point the piece popped out and snapped into my elbow. needless to say that bruise will take some time to go away! Once assembled my daughter had fun jumping and I tried it out as well. Great exercise! They should really think about having the metal circle pre assembled.
