Rated 5 out of 5 by great for the money The next step up is 1500 bucks from my research. Got this on sale. Came in great shape. Pretty even heat...worth the money. Very easy to put together. Took 30 minutes. Just did philly cheese steaks....turned out nicely. Cant wait to do hibatchi. Dont forget to season it with olive or peanut oil.....heat it and watch it smoke...till it turns the griddle brown....let it cool...wipe it down....and repeat one more time.
