Customer Reviews:

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by nice bike, great price 29er with trigger shifters, front suspension and disk brakes f & r. Lacking hydraulic brakes and fork lock-out features of the perfect bike but I got it at a close-out price which made it almost a steal. Bike is light, rugged and rides very well. I am 5'11" and the Large frame is a good fit for me. Seat was not comfy but was easily changed. I expect to ride this for years to come. First one had a faulty front derailleur but the store immediately got another one road-ready for me next day, and gave me an additional credit for my hassle. Staff and store manager in Spotsylvania VA are top notch. September 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 29'er, Awesome Ride... This is an unbelievably sweet ride for $500; you are not gonna find such a value any where else so Buy THIS bike!!! Serious engineering, very comfortable ride, goes over things with ease that you wouldn't have even tried to go over on your old bike....plus it is so much more efficient I think you gain almost another full gear in torque...pretty easy to reassemble altho the direx were slack.had to adjust brake calipers, go get urself 2 tire valve adapters to save some headaches... Incredible bike, love it. September 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by pedal broke and crank stripped the first day Pedal fell off and crank was stripped first trip out September 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellence I must say! It is a great bike, but breaks are very sensitive! AWSOME Bike! Love the huge tires!! I love the cole and it has a nice ride! September 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Diamondback 29er Dane the salesman rocked!! He was well versed in bikes and components. This bike is amazing for the price. Not only is the ride amazing but this bike turns heads it's sharp. I have read some reviews dogging on the components but this bike is completely upgradeable if need be. I plan to ride it until the wheels fall off! August 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bike Just what my son was looking for in a mountain bike, the large tires make the riding even better. Looked at many bikes and other stores before settling on this make/model/and store. Very happy with purchase. August 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by can't be happier I'm extremely happy with the bicycle it perform great, after some minor adjustments shifting gears. Only thing I personally recommend it's change the seat lucky me I found a wider and more padded seat made by diamondback the original seat can be a little though on sensitive areas. In the end it's a great buy the price. July 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good with minor issues I felt like I had to write a review from a mountain bikers perspective. I go out about once a week to a place where most have full suspension bikes so it's getting a good testing there. The Bad... First off, the tech at the store did a complete 'check' of the bike before I could leave with it and said everything was great. I got it home and rode around the block and found out that was not the case. Gears weren't crisp and the brakes were weak, especially for disc brakes. The front suspension works for now but will need to be replaced at a later time because of the frequency of my riding. The pedals are cheap plastic and will be replaced immediately. The Good... The bike itself is a good one. It's light and after its broken in and re-tuned at a professional bike shop then it'll be a great bike. I know I was harsh in "The Bad" but that's because it's tough to see what the bike is in the pictures and it's not fun to expect something that higher quality and receive something else. I will be replacing a few things immediately but overall, as a singletrack rider, it'll be a good one to start with. July 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by really likeing it the not so great had to adjust the gears a bit but its new so probably common(bring tools on maiden voyage) the seat is not nice at all (worst part of the bike) if you buy one don't even try to ride it until you get a new seat the tires a little on the soft side for a Mt. bike id expect rougher tires got a flat on my second ride on asphalt now the great its VERY light bike looks sharp rides great I tow a trailer with my kid in it and still rides nice and smooth and handles hills good disc brakes handle nice they make a funky sound but I was told that will go away(not holding breath) id recommend this bike for sure to anyone who is wanting to start biking and if you have the extra 200 or so get the overdrive with the lockout fork and hydraulic disc brake but if your like me and didn't have the money this bike is great May 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great mountain bike I wanted to get a mountain bike that I could buy that wasn't already rusted like at Walmart. It was on sale so I bought it. So far so good. Wen with it over a trek and do not regret it. Tires are wider than most and do pick up road hazards quite quick if not careful. Other than that great bike. May 20, 2014
