Good Optic for Plinking, Not Much Else

As mentioned before, this is a great optic for the price, it really can not be beat. It's easy to use, bright enough for daylight shooting in a Florida summer, and maintains zero relatively well. I mounted the optic on an AR-15 .233 flat-top and its great for both eyes open shooting.
The downside to this optic is that after a few months of shooting, the red dot would sporadically disappear in between shots. Changing the battery made no difference. It doesn't seem to have the same issue when I use a 22 LR conversion kit for the rifle. So for me, this sight is great for plinking, or light use on a 22LR rifle, but I am going to find a higher quality sight for my home defense gun. I hope this review helps.

Purchased as a test piece for 12ga w/slugs, mainly for control of feral pigs. Have shot 20 rds so far, only problem the lens cap got loose but no big deal for me. It can also be used with both eyes opened for tactical/home defense.

Watch out! While they advertise it as having a 34mm objective, it IMMEDIATELY chokes down to a 21-22mm "view hole" behind the rear objective eye piece. It chokes you down so much, you feel like you're looking down a soda straw. Too bad, because it's a great looking optic. Sometimes you just have to say, "What in the world were they thinking?"

This is really hard to beat in this price bracket, I mean really hard. Holds up under rapid fire and doesn't lose zero either. Great buy!

Really nice scope and the quality is higher than the others in this low price range. Fit and finish is really good, comes with spare battery and good instructions. Works great on a pistol and is priced right for just playing around. Looks much more expensive than it is. Buy one - I returned 4 other brands before getting this - and I really like it. The red and green is worthwhile if you shoot at the range - the green just seems better on the paper targets.
Looks like a winner to me.

Once the site is zeroed in there is now problem hitting body mass targets past 200yds.
