Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these shoes I waited until owning these shoes for at least a month to get a good feel for them. I have to say these shoes are awesome! From the first time you try them on they are comfortable and "springy" and when you break them in they are even better. I love the green/volt color option as they are very unique and catch the eye. I mainly use these for weightlifting, but I have gone on a couple of runs and they were alright (I've never found Nike's to be as good of running shoes as Brooks, for example). These also make good shoes for walking around town/ being out and about. They are set at a fair price point as well. The only negatives I have are minor. The first one is that the volt portion of the shoe tends to show dirt easily, no biggie all shoes get dirty after a while. The second would be the soft portion on the heel tends to kind of sag and fold over itself, usually that's only an annoyance when doing bench dips at the gym, doesn't mess anything up when walking/running in them. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great lightweight shoe I had the previous generation of this shoe and I really appreciate the enhancements, no tongue, super lightweight, fused materials. Really like this shoe, very comfortable. September 8, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by School Sneakers We just bought these as new school sneakers. I'm hoping they hold up. The reviews were good that they were comfortable and held up well. Dick's Sporting Goods is a good company and I know they will go good if they do not hold up. August 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lightweight and responsive A great shoe for cross training, sprints and school! Lightweight, responsive and just enough cushion for short speed work. August 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 2nd pair now, great running shoe Tried the toe shoes and NB mimimus but they weren't working for me. These Free 4.0 shoes have enough padding for my tender feet but virtually no structure or support in line with the toe shoes. August 21, 2014
