I got an Original Smoker for Christmas and have since used it for 4 different items when I have had the time on the weekends. Even in the blistering cold and snow this smoker has produced the best St. Louis ribs, pulled pork, pork loin, and dry rubbed chicken wings I've ever had. The bradley smoker forum website is a must use as it's full of directions for using the smoker for every cut of meat imaginable, how long to smoke, what temperature to bring your food to, recipes for rubs and sauces, etc. Every time I go to the store I'm looking for sale items in the meat dept. to be my next masterpiece on the smoker.
