A lattice-like overlay of Dura leather strapping supports and protects while enhancing the open-window venting of the breathable mesh. Full bumper protection at the toe and around the heel Proven Vibram ® Multi-Sport sole with TC5+ rubber compound for grip and durability.

shoe sizes not real
I normally wear a size 12 wide. like 3 or 4 e wide. i have be measured just before buying these shoes. appear to be made well, then it all ends. i ended up having to go to a 13 wide. it was good on my right foot but not my lefe. so i went to a 14. again not bad on my right foot but way to big on my left foot. yeh yeh, i had both my feet measured, both are 12 wide. the makers of these shoe have taken a well made product and made it a nightmare to buy them. i suggest that they re-think how they size shoes!

Merrell Ventilators
Great comfortable shoe for the money. This is my second pair. Only shoe I have found that will hold up walking and working on concrete 10hrs a day for an entire summer season.

Great Shoe!
My wife and I just purchased our second pairs of Merrell Moab Ventilator Hiking Shoes after finally wearing out our first pairs after two years of regular use. The shoes are very comfortable, durable and provide excellent support and traction on trail conditions. We did not hesitate to purchase another pair of these great hiking shoes.

Great Work Shoe
This is the second pair of Moabs I have purchased in the last six months. I work on my feet on concrete all day and this shoe provides support and cushion that other higher priced shoes do not. My custom orthotic fits inside quite well and my feet do not hurt as much at the end of a shift.

No breaking in requried
I was very happy with the fit and the fact there was no breakin required. Put on the first time and went hiking in the Sonoran desert. Rather pricey for being made in China. I would have bought New Balance (made in USA) hikers if you had them.

Merrell Moab hiking shoes are very comfortable and well made . I have been buying different styles of Merrell through the years and in my opinion they are a superior product . I do alot of hiking in Vermont and New Hampshire year round and have never had a problem with any of the shoes i have bought . Keep up the good work !!!!

Phenomenal Shoe!!
I will DEFINITELY be getting more of these shoes and looking into others by Merrell. I am very hard on shoes, and this pair takes it in stride. A "regular" pair of shoes only lasts me about four months usually. I have an older pair that I have had for over a year, and I am still using them. Worth every penny!

Great shoe
This is the ONLY non New Balance product I wear. My last pair lasted 2 1/2 years. The support and comfort level is first quality. The shoe takes punishment and responds well to the washing machine. I'm very impressed by the overall quality and wearability of this shoe.
