Rated 1 out of 5 by Strike out! Don't waste your money. I should have heeded the warnings in the other reviews. The only positive is it was simple to set-up and customer service people are nice; beyond there was nothing positive about this product. The first machine we received was defective;ended up doing a warranty replacement (had a defective wheel). So we didn't even get to use it for the first couple weeks. The replacement works, but this machine is impossible to get dialed in. I would estimate this thing hit a liberal strike zone maybe 25% of the time and that is being generous. I think the main problem is the machine is very sensitive to the balls you put in it. If it has any irregularity, it's going to shoot them all over the place. And we did use the manufacturer balls in this machine. We did try some cheap wiffle balls from walmart and they did seem to have most success. Anyway, if this machine can't pitch a strike even half the time what's the point? It now is collecting dust and will probably just be tossed in the trash. October 22, 2015
