Great product for practice
This is made well, study goes together easy. Great for one person to practice

Great value
Purchased this for my son and he loves it. He uses it for baseball and lacrosse. You can adjust the angle of the top half of the unit so that the ball returns higher or lower depending on the speed and direction of the pitch. Also, it was pretty easy to put together.

Love it
My 4 & 6 year old love throwing their baseballs and having them bounce back at them. The quality of the Jr. Varsity Trainer is great. We previously bought another brand that was not anywhere close to the sturdieness this Adidas one is.

Good for Single Playing
Relatively easy set-up. Good baseball bounce-back. Difficult to carry on your own.

Minor problems, but good overall
Nice powder-coated pipes. We leave it outside all the time (too big to fit through anything but a garage door, anyway). The angle retention stem is showing signs of rust. This isn't a big deal, as any 1/4" bolt will perform the same function. The biggest issue is the net. It's slightly too big - meaning it's not tight enough. It doesn't rebound the ball with that much force. As such, a younger boy throwing a ball into the angled portion still gets back a grounder if he's more than 15 feet away. We've overcome this by hooking the elastic hooks onto the first squares into the net. Now pop-ups are good to about 25'.

Great Product for my son. Helps him pratice baseball with pitching and fielding. Very easy to assemble. I was disapponted that the strike ribbon was missing in the orginal package. After putting it together I am not going to return for missing this item.

Not the Best
The angle barely puts the ball in the air, I was hoping for my son to practice fly-balls but just grounders. You really have to throw the ball hard to get it to come back.

Love this product!
My 8 year old son plays with this by himself for hours. Was pretty simple to put together, however the instructions were somewhat confusing and I had to rearrange some of the parts!

Glad I bought it for my son
My son uses this everyday! It helps him with ground balls and pop flys. He likes how it can tilt for different types of catching. He's eleven and I'm glad I bought the larger one. Great product.
