not durable enough
hole provided for the tee tears when struck with iron.

Perfect for me!
The Chipping and drive mat is perfect for me in my back yard, I get home throw it down and go to work. The mat stays in place after hitting a hundred balls off of it!

Dont buy this
This was used by better than average golfers and completely ripped in half/ shredded within the first two hours - chipping with plastic balls to a small green 30 yards away - i am giving it back to Dicks. Only good if you take quarter swings and dont touch it. Spend the money on a higher quality item.

Just right for beginners or amateur
I like to use it in the yard just to practice my golf swing. sometimes life just gets to busy to drive to the driving range or golf coarse
