Great for P90X I bought these for P90X and similar workouts. I think they work well, very flexible...My only complaint would be that I wish they had a little more support. I don't use them for running, so I can't say how they are for that but for cross training, I think they are pretty good. I bought as an alternative to the Reebok Nano because they are a lot cheaper. Run big. I went down a half size. August 10, 2014
Not for Running! Shoe is not meant for running in! They are a comfortable shoe for a casual day or walking in but not running. They have no cushion what so ever to support the hard pounding when running. I ran in them for about two weeks to give my feet time to break them in it just didn't happen. I went back to my Brooks "PureFlow"... I would not recommend for running.. April 25, 2014
