Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible Quality After receiving this product as a birthday present, my parents, brothers, and I decided to play some badminton. After having the set for almost a two weeks, half of the feathers have fallen out of the birdies, and three out of four of the racquets are broken. We haven't used the net, but based on the poor quality of the other products, I'm inferring that it would be broken or damaged by now as well. I am disappointed that my sweet grandmother paid for this, wasting her money on a badminton set of such poor quality. In the future, I won't buy a badminton set or any other merchandise from this brand again. August 15, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by works great! We opted for the club level with steel poles. It was a good choice. The set is what I expected for a casual backyard set, it's not super sturdy but sturdy enough for a family of 4 and friends to have a great day. My only issue was that we were missing a ground peg for the poles (we only got one) but the store corrected the manufacturing error. July 8, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not impressed Upon opening the set it looked like it would be decent. After setting it up and playing just a couple sets it started coming apart. First one of the rackets handle came apart later that night the net started to unravel. For a club level I am not impressed. July 2, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not easy to install net Hard to fix poles to the ground. In addition the poles seem short for club level badminton June 30, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality After the first 30 minutes of playing the handles unraveled on two racquets. June 17, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by poor quality Broke immediately stakes racquets and birdies. Would not recommend. April 21, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than basic sets I'll start by saying I think almost everything is overpriced. That being said...I've bought the inexpensive sets at least twice, including other lawn games and they were broken in no time. I hate wasting my money to add to the landfills. Under no circumstances should these things be made of cheap plastic and expect to last outdoors and under normal play conditions. This set is much better. The poles are metal and the net seems heavier. I am hoping the net lasts a long time. It was not hard to put together. I honestly didn't see what the problem was from the other reviewers. There is however only one plastic stake instead of two that seemed like it should go in the ground that the poles fit over for extra stability. The directions don't list it as one of the contents at all. And as soon as the pole tilted over when I was putting it up it broke. So, I'm not sure what the purpose of that was. I took two large nail type stakes, drove those into the ground and put the metal poles over them because I like the idea of the poles sticking into the ground instead of just standing there. I took off one star for the cheap plastic stakes also. I will use metal ones or tent grade ones when these break. Besides that, the important parts seem really good. The net stays taught and is easy to tighten if it becomes lax. The racquets and shuttlecocks are nice although you may want to get the plastic shuttlecocks for younger kids so they don't mess up these nicer ones. August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great to play When we got this I was so happy. We had a little trouble setting it up but eventually got through it. I have this now for a week and a half and we have had about three really windy moments, and the badminton set was still standing well. We had so much fun playing this and are confident it will last for multiple summers to come. July 25, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great set but broken pieces in box when we opened it. It's a great set but..We bought it just before going on vacation and when we opened the box one of the racquets was already broken and also a stake. It didn't appear that the box had been previously opened, so not sure why it was damaged. Fortunately we had brought a couple extra racquets. Other than that, it's a great set well worth the money. Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst product value ever I purchased this for my grandson. Worse mistake ever. Very much over priced. As soon as we opened the box and took the bag out, the bag ripped. That should have been a sign to return it. Real pain to set up. Need two people. Once up its playable. The biggest problem is it is much overpriced at $79.99. July 9, 2014
