Rated 5 out of 5áby zwiggy Love This Kayak Purchased one on sale yesterday and took it right out on the lake by my house for about two hours. I was so impressed with how it went through the water, I went right back to Dick's and bought a second one. Super kayak!! July 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Big W Great Kayak for the price! We bought 3 of these Kayaks on fathers day weekend. We've used them every weekend since. We go out for 3-4 hours at a time. I'm a larger person around 300lbs and this Kayak works great. July 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Mr Penguin C'mon Pelican! After looking at many places for a kayak I think Dick's is a great place to buy for the value. I assume this is a low end kayak. That said we like it. It has the adjustable foot rests and comfy seat that other kayaks at this price don't have. We also don't like the ones you sit ON instead of IN. We are not heavily experienced paddlers but we like it. It's about 10' long. Its got a drain plug (nice) and a small storage compartment which is quite shallow (better than nothing). Seems to track ok on the river. I guess if you are looking at this then you are not looking for a $1000 pro craft. So on that note I suggest whatever you buy get one like this kayak that has adjustable foot pegs or whatever you call them. (look inside and you'll see them) Ordering online for pick up was painless and they helped throw it up on the suv. I needed this in a hurry and that also was no problem. It comes in a few colors too. Ours is yellow just like the picture. July 22, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5áby PA Streams Pennsylvania Streams This kayak was a housewarming gift when we recently purchased a home on a stream in Central Pennsylvania. I was a little leery at first but it's a stable little kayak for the price. I recommend using it for low impact lake kayaking instead of creek/stream paddling. Rating given because The rear hull is dented after just three paddling trips down some moderately rocky streams. The storage well is moulded in to the top plastic, so we can't get to the inside where the dent is located to pound it out with a mallet. For a thin plastic hull, I think this is a serious design flaw. I still have concerns about how long this will last with continued use. Time will tell. July 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby B Great product for a beginner! I wanted to have fun, in the water, this summer but I had a budget. I'm aware that you get what you pay for which could have pro's and con's. The pro's for me...the kayak was on sale for $170 and I was able to purchase online and pick up in store. I don't have to rely on someone helping me to lift the kayak. (Weight was important to me because of my bad back) It tracks well in the water and is extremely stable. I've taken it to a lake and two rivers, one of which had some rapids. I felt very comfortable in the seat and I knew that if I tipped over I could free myself quickly because the opening is long. The storage hatch is not that big. And the lid to the hatch can still allow water to enter. Some kayaks have storage behind the seat. This kayak only has storage between the feet. (I would recommend purchasing a dry bag to keep by your feet.) There are bungee cords on deck which offer additional storage options. Foot pegs are easy to adjust even when your in the kayak. For the price, I don't have any con's. If I start kayaking on a regular basis I'll upgrade but for now this is perfect for my needs! July 20, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5áby Robin57 Love it! Great kayak for the price! My husband has a Perception Antigua and I keep up with him no problem with mine. His does track smoother & straighter thanks to a rudder. The Pelican Trailblazer 100 feels very stable and easy to maneuver. We live on a lake and it works perfectly for the placid water. I definitely recommend it and the price is very reasonable. July 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby tineckbone great buy Nice stable boat, no frills but for the price it is a great product. Lightweight, and easy for my little girls to paddle. July 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby NMK Casual kayakers We bought three of these, one for each adult and the last one for our 12 year old. We had only kayaked once prior to this purchase. These are very stable in the water, even in some mild wakes on the lake. The bunged storage container was just the right size for lunch and bug spray/sunblock. The only issue is one that I had due to inexperience. We need to transport these on the top of our SUV. These are too heavy for me to get on top of the SUV myself, so my husband has to do it. In hindsight I may have purchased a lighter kayak for greater convenience. Overall, these were a fantastic purchase which will bring my family lots of fun! July 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Oz4evermore Nice kayak We picked up two on sale based on recommendations from other reviewers. We've used them several times on a local lake and we love them. We're beginners and find the hull stable and buoyant. They're light enough for any adult to carry them about. For the price you cannot complain about the build quality. Oars need to be separately purchased. July 9, 2014
