Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great putter After sifting through the hundreds of putter options out there today, I settled on the PING Karsten TR Anser 2 for a number of reasons. I hit a few different PING TR putters and really liked the way they rolled the ball. They sound great, feel solid and appeal to my eye standing over putts. My distance control has never been better, especially on long lag putts. I have a slight arc to my swing so I focused on the Anser 2 models, eventually settling on this model because of it's unique looks in addition to the feel. I think the copper PVD finish will wear better than painted models. September 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This putter rocks!!! Smooth - easy to hit ! Enough said Nice!!!!!!!!!!!! July 19, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Quality and Results I bought this putter recently with 35 inch shaft as I wanted a traditional head shape and alignment. I was using an Odyssey Sabertooth 34 and like the feel but I found it hard to line up consistently. The first couple rounds I have played with the Karsten have been great, I have much more confidence with the look and I love the weight of the head (its heavier than most blades). The milled face gets the ball rolling quickly off the face and feels tracks perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by the grip too, its a nice midsize and feels great even when its hot out. Rated 4 out of 5 by Wow, has upped my confidence Spent two days trying out every putter I could fine and this was it. I got the 35", to fit my 6'4" frame, and it feels natural. It's weighted perfect to tap a ball in, or send it twenty feet. The milled face sounds so much better than the inserts on other putters and I have 0 hop on even the longest putts. I am by no stretch of the imagination a good golfer, average 106 on 18, but this putter has given me confidence I've never had before. January 8, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Most Consistent Putter Out There I have played with this putter for that past 5 months, and my putting has greatly improved due to the technology in the putter face. Putts come off the face more consistently with great feel. I highly recommend this putter as a better value than spending 2x as much for a Scotty Cameron or Nike putter. November 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lost several strokes due to added consistency on the green I switched from TM daddy long legs mallet putter and it has been a great switch. It has added plenty of confidence on the green due to its consistency. It has taken away several strokes off my game. September 30, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by No sound benefit They tout the plastic piece they add to the back of the putter as helping to gauge your putts with sound as well as feel. NOT TRUE. Sounds like any other dead steel head putter. Took it back and ordered a used "slotted" Anser that really does give you a gauge of sound. Don't get fooled by the new imitations. Buy the real thing. Rated 5 out of 5 by ping karsten tr answer 2 i have had this putter for a few months now and i have made more putts in the past 2 months than i have my entire life. amazing putter. July 28, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent purchase Excellent purchase!! Has improved my putting average by 1.7 per round. July 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Putter! I purchased the Ping Karsten TR Anser 2 putter. I have an Odyssey 2 ball which I like a lot, but I wanted a more classic style which matches my slight arc stroke. The TR technology is legit! The touch and feel of this putter takes almost no time at all to get used to. It just feels right and the classic Anser 2 design is very easy to line up and keep square. I installed a Winn putter grip, the Pro X 1.8 and it is a great match on this putter. I love the copper color, the sound, and the control of this stick. Give it a roll. You won't find a better putter at $149.99. You won't find a better putter at $349.99! You don't have to pay through the nose for a great, quality putter. PING got this right! June 2, 2014
