TaylorMade Project (a) Golf Balls 4.6 5 70 70
awesome ball This ball really controls it self I am a beginner golfer so my shots are very irregular but shot 18 holes with these babies and wow I felt like I should be part of the PGA all I can say is fantastic December 14, 2014
Excellent ball This ball has an excellent feel, great ball flight in distance and control, and the feel on the putting green is incredible. Working the ball with or without spin using your irons is the same as it is with a balata ball except it doesn't cut anywhere as easily. It doesn't matter if it's hot or cold, this ball continues to perform the same under all conditions - perfectly. November 26, 2014
Winter Ball in Washington I played the Taylormade (a) project in November in the State of Washington. Windy, Rainy, Cold (36 deg.) and it played fairly well, and the price was right. I am a 10 handicap November 26, 2014
A lot of good features I give this ball a good review for the mid handicap golfer. I am retired and have a 3 handicap and thought it may be good for me. I am a high spin player and found it good off the driver, but a half club shorter with the irons. I also felt that it was too soft around the greens. Good for lob but not pitch and run. I will stay with the pro v1 and pro v1x although they don't look as good as taylormade balls after a round or two. November 25, 2014
This product has all around control This product on the Tee Box or approaching the green has great control. November 18, 2014
To soft for 100 mph+ swing speeds This ball has lots of spin and also likes to fly high. I was easily 10 yards shorter yes shorter with irons and 15-20 with the driver compared to a Pro V1. If you have trouble compressing a golf ball this might be the ball for you. Great ball for my father-in-law who has a swing speed in the low to mid 80s. November 11, 2014
Nice balls It's a pretty good ball. I like the spin I can get with the ball but I don't really like how it feels off the putter face. It feels a little hard. Good ball for me though and I'm a six handicap November 11, 2014
Performs as Advertised! From the first time I hit this ball, which at the time was "loaned" to me by a friend, I knew it was a winner. I'm 63 and a 18 handicap, but only been playing 5 years and still improving. Don't hit the ball as far as I could even 5 years ago, but this ball definitely goes farther. I had my wife try it, and we saw the same results. It's a softball which seems to fly off the face of the club. Around the green it works as advertised and for which it was designed - it seems to check up and spin well, while other balls I used would roll off the green. Have to adjust a little with chipping due to that same spin, but that didn't take long at all. This is a great ball, well worth the mid-range price point. November 4, 2014
Project A not a project any more Playing against my friends who play Pro Vs/Nikes/Callaways this ball is equal in all aspects with distance, greens held and my satisfaction. Yea the seam is wide but when shooting 77 to 83 the ugly ball takes the skins. October 28, 2014
Bought these again! These are great - 4th time purchasing! Recommend trying! October 23, 2014
