Rated 3 out of 5 by Wont' buy another one.... I bought this chair after seeing a few others at my kid's soccer games. They looked very functional and easy to transport. While they canopy is functional both up and down (if trying to block a cold wind from behind). The seat is horribly uncomfortable. You sag down into the middle. It is fairly heavy and the single clamp to hold it together when in carry mode is hard to close and doesn't seem secure (would have been better with two straps. Also, the positioning of the shoulder strap is awkward making it difficult to actually carry it on a shoulder. I was hoping for more.... November 15, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfort On The Go! This chair is not only easy to set up and take down, it is comfortable as well! The canopy is wonderful during those summer softball games to keep the sun off your head! This was purchased for my daughter who saw mine during her daughter's ball games this summer. Now that the holidays are getting closer, she has added this to her Christmas list! I love this item! October 25, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Didn't hold up If you are over 200 lbs don't expect this chair to hold your weight. I loaned mine to a friend who sat in it a few times eventually bending the rivets at the arm rest. It broke the tubing in half which ruined the frame work. The canopy will not hold up to high winds when the canopy is raised it snaps into a slot, the plastic snap can't hold the frame if the wind is strong. Otherwise it is a nice comfortable chair which is easy to open and close. The canopy acts as a cover for the chair when folded. You don't have to struggle putting the chair back into a bag! Knowing all this I still recommend the chair, just understand the limitations. October 12, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by I love this chair with one exception I bought this chair to use on the sidelines as I cheer on my little athletes. It works great in most situations and I am the envy of all as I sit comfortably in the shade of my self-contained chair when others are melting in the heat of the midday sun. The only problem I have - and it's a significant one, is that it doesn't do a good job of protecting from the rain. The problem is the width of the canopy. The canopy is as wide as the chair itself so when it rains, the water runs off the sides of the canopy and drips down onto the armrests and ultimately onto the chair seat. If the canopy were just a little wider or if the edges of the canopy protruded slightly outward instead of folding directly downward, it would protect against rain as well as it protects against sun. Now I'm in the market for a rain fly to protect my chair from inclement weather. Could have had all in one with a minor tweak to the design. September 30, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by (Almost) Perfect chair for outdoor activities Purchased this chair online for store pickup. Before reviewing the product, I wish to say the purchase experience was fantastic. I ordered and paid online, was met at the door and directed to a kiosk to enter my info while he went to pick up the items, and I was in and out in about 5 minutes! As for the product itself, I searched for several minutes trying to find the best chair to beat the Texas heat, and the two features I really liked about this one were the built-in canopy and the vented back and bottom. These have really been handy while attending our daughter's softball games. I also like the fact that the canopy is also the built-in container for the folded chair - no fighting to squeeze the chair into a bag! Why not a 5? Two things would have made this a 5: A second drink holder (or even just having this on the left side instead of the right where it gets in the way for most of us who write right-handed). Ideally, a cupholder on each side is best. The other improvement would be to add a horizontal brace across the top of the canopy that could snap into place. This is keep the canopy spread out instead of trying to collapse into an arch-shaped cover at the front. I am going to build these myself, but this seems like a simple addition to add a big improvement. One last item that I would also like to see is a second clasp to close the canopy when being used as a container for the folded chair. With only one, it doesn't fold as tightly as it could, and it seems to put too much stress on the single clasp. Overall, however, I would recommend this chair! August 10, 2015
