Rated 5 out of 5 by Best investment in a pair of compressions I was hesitant in getting these at first, since they are a bit expensive for a pair of pants. However, immediately upon getting them, I could not have been happier. The compression is not so much that everything is being suffocated, but it is just the right amount to prevent swelling or soreness. I use them after a heavy leg day at the gym, and I do not experience the major pain the day or two after. I also use them when hiking mountains, and the fact that they keep you warm is a major plus. Rated 2 out of 5 by Great compression pants...ruined Anywhere you see these pants online, they have amazing reviews (Dicks & Nike). I believe they are truly great compression pants that are ruined by a major flaw that I am surprised everyone is failing to mention. I am 6'1", 185lbs, athletic build. I ordered the Medium after reading someone else's review of the same body type and the pants themselves fit perfect. The compression feels proportionate throughout the pant. The main problem with these pants that I can understand why Nike did this is the head, ankle part. The opening for the heel is SO SMALL. And there is a very tight fitted seem around the opening which causes the pants to DIG into your Achilles tendon. Its actually beyond uncomfortable to the point of being painful. As the pants are, you really need to pull them up to get the compression distributed properly to the correct parts of your legs, but doing so makes this seem dig even deeper into your tendon. I have gone all night wearing them (the best time to wear them, when you are sleeping and you body is healing) but its so uncomfortable that it wakes me up. And thats saying a lot because I dont wake up for nothin! Did you ever see Donnie Darko? Even THAT wouldn't wake me up! I can make it about 10 minutes before it becomes unbearable. They should try and make compression pants as comfortable as possible. Not the opposite. Because lets face it....compression pants in general are already uncomfortable to begin with. When I wake up after aa night of wearing these I have a huge indentation around my entire ankle and its sore for hours. I understand they added this to try and keep the pants situated without riding up your leg. But they could have made the opening bigger. It wouldn't have hurt anyone in this situation. And Im sure there are people out there that have heel that fit like their heel was perfectly made for it, but Im guessing the majority do not. They could have even went with something that was more adjustable..?? I would have even preferred the foot anchor being removed completely, the bottom being super tight, and the addition of a zipper to close after the pants are on (kinda like a scuba suit) than what they decided to go with. These pants are pretty pricey. I would say definitely go to a brick and mortar store and give them a test drive (with underwear on people. dont be funky), and trust me, you will know pretty quickly if the heel will bother you or not. If so you can just return them easily. One thing I did like is that they came in this very nice hard case. I use it to store the pants and some compression sleeves at the moment. But I may wind up using the case to store some of my electronic equipment. Funny enough, I like the case more than the pants. The only reason I didn't return them and go get a pair of compression pants without the foot hook is because I accidentally ordered from somewhere overseas. I didn't realize it because their site automatically came up in US dollars which is rare. So I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending it back. Otherwise, I would have. Who knows...I might even cut a slit in them around the tendon area. But for $150, I dont feel I should have too. March 20, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by great compression pants great pants to wear for working out and great for wearing around ur house December 11, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by not just a gimmick I was skeptical at first when looking at the price tag. 140$ for a pair of compression pants?! I decided to bite the bullet and try it out after realizing my legs weren't resting fast enough for the work weekdays. Wore them sunday night to bed after a full day of basketball and woke up with my legs feeling great! Wore them again on Monday night and my legs were good as new. Putting them on for the first time was hard because they were new and needed to stretched out a little. I am 5'8 and got the medium size. May 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Cold Compression Tights I bought these compression tights because of problems I am having with my feet and legs (cramping, swelling, severe pain caused by neuromas in my feet). Standard hot compression tights make my legs too hot and exacerbate the pain and swelling. When I use the Nike Men's Pro Combat Recovery Hypertight Tights my legs remain cool yet have the compression in all of the right places - ankles, calves, knees, and thighs. They are easy to clean. They are easy to wear. I wear them at night also. I am very satisfied with this product. They may be a little more expensive than most compression tights but they meet my needs perfectly. Dick's Sporting Goods sold them to me at a reasonable price, free shipping, and superb customer service. The delivery was fast. January 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Product I look forward to putting them on after a hard run or bike ride. Overall compression works better than separate calf, hamstring, and glute supports. Also, they don't interfere with foam rollers. These tights pull up better in the stride than a similar 2XU product. January 19, 2015
