Rated 4 out of 5 by about the bat that its a good bats it has major pop for one and I use for fast pitch in a baseball tourment December 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by My teammates use my bat!! I bought this bat last year. I've bought two others since then and a teammate bought me one (and one for himself.) Although two have broken, I still like using this bat, after all it is wood!! It has a good feel and is nicely weighted. I play in an over sixty slow pitch league and many of my teammates began using my bat. They have been looking for these to purchase for themselves. Though the season is over, I may look for another as a second spare--you never know. October 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Be wood bat saavy and this will serve you well! Honestly most of these negative reviews are probably a result of poor knowledge when it comes to wood bats and for those think there is no difference between a pure wood bat and these composite bats that are making bad hitters into decent hitters there is PLENTY of information on the struggles of baseball players transitioning from aluminium bats to wood. HIT LABEL UP OR LABEL DOWN: Right there you can help pro-long this bat's life! "BONE" YOUR BAT: I do it all the time, honestly I just walk up to one of the fence poles and grind into that thing with these bats, and it works wonders! And it's slowpitch for crying out loud.... DON'T SWING AT BAD PITCHES: End of the bat shots and handle shots are bad not only for you but for the bat so have some self control! Do these basic things and this bat is wonderful! I agree the bat doesn't have the pop of some of these extremely dangerous composite bats and the even more dangerous maple bats, however I was not blessed with superior upper body strength, only lower body speed so for me I want a bat I can push singles and the occasional double out of and this does the job! Maybe stronger hitters will get a bit more out it but usually the power hitters like using something similar to the Demarini Corndog anyways. So long story short if you're a contact hitter and you want an all wood bat with good weight, good balance and that wonderful sound a wood bat makes this works great for the price! Just take care of it and it'll take care of you! September 10, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not enough pop I use this bat for 12 inch Clincher Softball Sunday morning pick up games involving fifty year olds. The bat looks great but the ball doesn't go far after hitting it. Today was the second day using this bat and I noticed the imprint "Cli" on the bat. This came off a new Clincher ball but I couldn't remember a ball jumping off this bat during the game. Maybe the ball was just dead, but I think the bat also has this fate. The bat is pretty inexpensive, but you will get what you pay for. July 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fits needs perfectly I'm not a big guy (5'8" and 175lbs) so I'm not a power hitter by any means, so I mostly rely on hitting location. With the bat being lighter than the usual ASA bats our team has, I don't have to worry about putting anything extra into my swing, which usually means I just get under it and pop it up. If you know how to swing a wood bat, than this is a perfect bat for you. Affordable price, good control, and wood bats just sound better than alloy or composite. July 8, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by So far, so good. Handle is thinner than I expected, but it has stayed together. Balance is okay, and it doesn't sting as bad as an aluminum bat on foul tips. We'll see how it holds up over a full season. May 18, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not bad for the price This bat is not bad for the price. A good bat to get started with. July 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bat for the price I have already more than 20 hits off this bat n still in great shape. Was expecting to break within the first 5 hits but hasnt. July 3, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy Used this product on a normal day. Got about 5 swings out of it before it broke. Would not recommend this bat April 29, 2015
