Rated 5 out of 5 by nan09 This product does the job. Have used the Patella knee sleeve every day except when sitting or sleeping. It has improved my walking ability and reduced pain in my knees. April 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 2020eyes It works!!!!!! I run/walk 35 miles a week and developed stabbing pain on the outside of my knee, (iliotibial) and bought a hinged knee brace. It worked sporadically. When the weather changed and got colder my knees started to ping and the side knee pain resolved. This PTEX sleeve is the best. It keeps the knee warm and the patella from hurting. I hand wash and air dry, It will dry overnite. You cannot wear this as a supplement in the house. This maybe too warm in the summer, I have purchased the "copper" version and like this brand way better and the price is great. Thank You Dick"s, quick shipping , great value and pricing. Rated 5 out of 5 by DT This product works About 13 miles into a 20 mile mountain bike race an old untreated knee injury would slow me down to a stand still. After the races I could not walk down a flight of stairs. I picked this product up at a store location and used for 2 races. At the end of 20 miles I just start to feel a little pain in my knee. After the race no pain at all. Great product. Super comfortable, super durable, and super impressed. July 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horizontalrunning Excited to get disappointed after use I was excited to get this knee sleeve after reading all the reviews about how well it works and doesn't slide down like all the others. I received it and instantly put it on and it was very comfortable and felt great. The next day I put it on and went to work and it kept moving down and I had to keep adjusting it and I figured it was because I was just wearing it under my jeans so I got home and went for a run in some shorts. I was excited to run with it cause my knee usually hurts and it didn't when wearing this sleeve but the sleeve kept rising down a lot to the point where it was almost folded in thirds on my lower knee. I am very disappointed after spending the money and waiting for it to be shipped to my house just for this product to not work like described. December 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hoosier PTEX IS HITECH I purchased this product to wear when I run and found the following: ? Advanced neoprene design, materials are sturdy yet easy to handle. ? Fit is secure and smooth with no folds or creases. Superior to everything I've tried. ? Support is snug but not too tight. Provides noticeable and unmatched stability. ? Panels provide secure and uniform compression. The most unique and defining feature of this sleeve. ? Thermal compression provides desired warmth but not uncomfortably hot. August 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by yarnsrj Questionable sizing I am an ample sized female so I erred on the side of caution and purchased the extra large knee sleeve based on measurement of my knee. I have somewhat fleshy knees and based on directions on the packaging, it says to take knee measurement around center of knee patella. My measurement was less than an inch to spare with the Large, so I opted for the X-Large. With what I assume was proper placement of the knee sleeve, it was extremely tight when I put it on, to the point of being uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I have a defective product, or if their sizing is wrong. I pulled it down almost 2 inches lower than where it is supposed to sit for it to be comfortable. I will have to try another product. Seems like good support, but not for me. August 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by LittleONE369 Exactly what I needed My knee was by no means seriously injured however, after a pretty hard fall I just needed a little extra support while exercising and this sleeve gave me exactly that. It stays in place for the most part. February 18, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Pixiepup Size not right on knee sleeve I think I would have liked it for support on my knee if I had right size. I measured as instructed but it was too all and tight. I did return and ordered next size. So i can't really comment on wearing. I'm going to pick yes for recommending but not sure yet. February 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by CrossfitJunkie Great Product This product is extremely useful for anything involving moving around. I've used the same sleeves for over four months while participating in Crossfit. They hold up nicely and are a bargain compared to the $70-$80 competitors. January 27, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by jbird Not a real compression sleeve This is fine for basic support but it is not a true compression sleeve. May 22, 2015
