Rated 3 out of 5 by Good for minor injury I found the sleeve to work well for just general walking around. I'm a carpenter and am very active all day and I found that I had to keep adjusting the sleeve because it kept bunching up. I now have a different brand with straps that I use for work and use the PTEX sleeve when I'm not working August 25, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Powerlifting I have been powerlifting for several years and recently decided to make the switch from knee wraps to knee sleeves. I priced out some of the well known sleeve brands (SBD, Rehband, Slingshot) and couldn't justify paying $65-90 for my first pair of sleeves. Based on these online reviews, I headed to Dick's and bought a pair of PTEX sleeves. These sleeves are great. They keep your knees extremely warm and offer just enough light compression. They can also double as shin sleeves when deadlifting. I have been using them heavily for about 3 months now and they still fit just about as tight as the first time I wore them. They also don't smell, regardless of how much I'm sweating. Tips: - I suggest buying a size or two smaller if you want additional compression or have concerns about the sleeve stretching out over time. I only wear these in the gym so this hasn't been an issue. If you plan on wearing them all day for work or for any running activities, then definitely get a size or two smaller because it will stretch. July 17, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Product as good as & does as advertised I wear this brace for an arthritic knee and the support it provides is great! I stand on my feet for long periods of time and it provides my knee with extra support and compression keeps the swelling to a minimal. July 15, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not a real compression sleeve This is fine for basic support but it is not a true compression sleeve. May 22, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by knee brace after buying and 3/4 different ones. this is the only one my husband liked. problem with all of them is the sizing. l/lx is very small. And none of them go higher. my husband is about 197 lbs. and not a big person, but the braces are overly tight. need to make larger sizes. what if you are a big person ? May 2, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Controlling minor knee pain during workout I gave these a try for the price, as I was looking for some sleeves to prevent the knee pain due to muscular imbalances coming back to bodybuilding after years. In the first few months, I had frequent minor knee pain during workouts, sometimes enough to make me stop fearing injury. Before I ordered the high end ones powerlifters use, I figured I'd give these a shot. These are basically a thinner version, but I bought a size down for my workouts, and they did the trick. I had a brutally intense leg workout last night, and not one knee pain. I kept these on the whole time. My only complaint is that they should have made them a little longer to go up the leg a little higher. But for the money, the did the trick for me. If you are going to order ones to last you forever, order to good ones. But if you need a temporary fix, and on the fly, stop by and pick up a pair of these. Just get a size down, and it's solid compression for workouts. April 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by great support I had bi-lateral knee replacement surgery and decided to try these for some extra support. They work great, help with keeping the swelling down and double the walking time. They do stretch out after daily use but still work well. I have replaced them after about six weeks of wear.
