Seems decent for the price
I purchased this cargo box to mount on a small trailer to pull behind a motorcycle.. I have yet to have it in a rainstorm but overall the quality seems good. I wish the lock/latch was usable without a key, but its not that big of deal and it works.

You get what you pay for
Its is light weight so can be installed by one person. It has plenty of space for luggage etc. I would prefer an easier mounting system, but that is reserved for much more expensive units. All said and done, you get what you pay for and I would reccomend this to those who only need it a couple of times a year.

Works Great!!
We used this for the first time on a trip to Orlando and it performed great. I did not see a real change is gas mileage. It did feel like it gave downforce on our vehicle but other than that it rode great. We happened to get a bad tropical storm on the way home and it was not any worse than driving in a storm is and it did not leak.
