Rated 5 out of 5 by K Awesome What a great brace. The weaved panels really help keep the brace in place and is very comfortable. March 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by lavaliere Unexpected benefits I bought 2 of these braces because I wanted a bit of support to keep my kneecaps from making popping sounds while squatting, running, etc, and I am too cheap to buy Rehbands. While they fulfill that function perfectly, I was delighted to find that PTEX's claim that this sleeve's "kinetic paneling increases stability and maximizes blood flow" also seems to be true. Rowing with these sleeves prevents my quads from becoming a sizzling mess 500m in, which is simply miraculous. I highly recommend these, especially for the price. April 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rachel4711 Excellent brace Normally when I run my left knee swells and my right kneecap moves out of place. I bought two of these braces and it completely prevents these problems. It's paper thin, very lightweight, and fits nicely under clothing. Very supportive and comfortable. It also stays in place very well; I did not have to adjust it even once while running like I have with my other brace. April 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Alismom Knee sleeve I purchased this for my daughter who has an issue with her patella popping during exercise. She says that it is a very comfortable fit, gives her knee support and fits nicely even under her jeans. It is the best support that we have tried so far! May 16, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by T-1000 OK but not ground-breaking I have played and coached sports most of my life, so I am always on the lookout for innovative products. Brace is very lightweight and does keep the area warm. It does have a tendency to slide down and pooch out in the middle. I am curious to see how long the sleeve retains any gripping power as only the ends really secure it to your leg. When these wear, its going to slide down constantly. Cost is quite a bit more than a good elastic sleeve brand. June 3, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Transam77 P Tex Open Patella Kinetic Knee Sleeve I really liked this Sleeve better than the standard Sleeve in this same Brand. Unfortunately these Sleeves run smaller than the Brand I was using and I had to return it but the Local Store did not have the Kinetic Sleeves. I will reorder this Sleeve. It is Super light weight but the Webbing on it will provide extra support that you get with the Heavier Thick Neoprene Sleeves. May 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Mic You get what you pay for The only upside to this is that it's cheap, after extensive daily use for a week(daily wear 4-6hr practices and workouts). I bought two, they're all but shot. Worked great the first few uses, they begin to creep up and stretch out, not providing much compression at all. But what can you expect for 12.99 apiece, but then again, they're probably not intended for professional athletes. June 2, 2014
