Rated 1 out of 5 by Sharrie Didn't work for me I tried a medium which I measured for, actually borderline for a medium or large, so I got the medium . It would not stay up so I exchanged it ( at the store ) for a small. That size slipped down also, so returned the small. June 23, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by jfcorpus not recommended It worked as intended when it wasn't slipping off. March 6, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by stillmc Slips even when standing I was hoping this would work for me. I purchased in size Medium for a 18" thigh. The sleeve would not stay up, even when standing. It lasted less than a minute when walking. I didn't even bother trying to use it when running. I may try a neoprene sleeve instead. November 11, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Mel Great item, just too big Great feature, just toooo big for my leg, even though I measured like it said to. But it is hard to get a thigh sleeve to fit just right. October 6, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by buba Stretched out made it unusable This item fit really snug when I got it but I figured it would stretch some so I kept it. I used it on one long hike and by the time I was done, it had stretched out so far that it kept falling down to my ankle. I will be returning this item. July 19, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Randy64 Excellent product! I had strained over exerted hamstrings from a 10 mile prep run that almost prevented me from running an upcoming half marathon until I tried these thigh sleeves. They were amazing! They provided the right amount of support & pain relief I needed. I ran the half marathon the next day & they never slipped or pinched & gave me all the support I needed. They were excellent! Rated 3 out of 5 by T-1000 Hoping for better Very lightweight product that I found to be a little too lightweight for anyone trying to play through a hamstring rehab. I have injured both hamstrings in the past and recently tweaked both, so I found myself on the hunt for newer, better options than neoprene sleeves. I find that Ptex is just a little too short in length compared to the neoprene sleeves and does not fully encompass the entire muscle group. It does keep the area warm, so it does help some. All of these types of products I have used always slide down and this one is no exception. I find good success placing the sleeve between two pairs of strong compression shorts to keep it relatively secure during activity. This product is probably ideal for someone who maybe had a past injury, but no lingering pains, who just wants that little extra bit of security without the weight and heft of a neoprene sleeve, or someone who wants to use it as a method for quicker recovery of the muscle group following vigorous activity.
