Customer Reviews:

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sabalos pro 4000 This is a very high quality reel. The sabalos reels do not get as much credit as they deserve. I have owned quantum, penn, plufegers, shimano,us reels. The drag on these reels are comparable to any top dollar reel. They are considerably lighter, the quantum smoke is smoother but heavier. But this reel will out last any other. And as for line twists it' all depends on the line you use I use power pro and you will get some wind knots but in any other reel this will happen. These reels do not get as much credit as they deserve and are worth the price I own every wright and McGill rod and reel ever made and have never had any problems and that's the truth July 23, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Built with all the finest material. What I like about this reel is that it's built with all the finest materials that won't rust. It's light weight but yet very sturdy. July 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Salt water model is the way to go! Absolutely love this reel! I bought 2 and they are in the boat 24/7 no matter what I am fishing! July 7, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great reel Great reel. I would say it was pretty comparable to my shimano stradic which i love. Only thing is it looks like it is starting to discolor and turn a yellowish color instead of white. Maybe a clear coat issue?? June 19, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wright & McGill Reel Great reel will need to get another one. Out preforms a lot of the well know names! April 8, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by I wanted 0 stars! This has potential to be a great reel, but the lack of effort on wright and mcgill is truly estonishing. It's a very smooth reel, great drag, BUT I have tried multiple lines with multiple poles and it does not reel the line on evenly therefore your casting creates a lot of knots (if using braid!) Now if use live bait or anything with a little weight it's seems to work fine but with a 1/8 ounce Jighead your gonna be cutting knots out of your line all day! December 10, 2014
