Columbia Men's Midweight II Long Sleeve Baselayer Shirt 4.4 5 10 10
Husband really like it! Product was good. Helped to keep my husband warm while outside. February 10, 2015
Good product for winter I bought this for my husband and he seems to like it. It helps to keep the cold outside in winter season. You still a jacket of course, but not as bulky as you would usually wear. February 4, 2015
poor value I did not like this product at all. It felt cold on my body. It didn't reflect heat like advertising says. January 27, 2015
Lightweight and Warm I purchased this product for my husband as a gift. Although I did not realize the inside of the shirt would resemble a disco ball, the outside was as expected. The shirt is very lightweight, and performs as expected. It is warm and the wicking tech works pretty well. January 2, 2015
Lightweight, warm, fitted and loose Love the fact this shirt is loose fitted (not skin tight). Perfect for underneath any shirt without adding bulk December 15, 2014
This product has great features Love the heat this shirt keeps in. We highly recommend it. December 7, 2014
Hunger games style I purchased this as an employee of a company which has midnight releases. I had to be out in the cold for an hour and barely noticed the temp outside. Thank you. December 3, 2014
I use as baselayer for bicycling We ride all winter long road bike riding. I was looking for a baselayer and found Columbia's Omni heat Baselayer. With the thermal reflective dots I am one layer less then previously. We ride 15 degrees and above with clear roads. Sizing does run a little large. Most tops I am a large, a Medium is fine but not tight. To aid wicking sweat I do put a thin shirt underneath. Great product at great price and service. Was not in store so Dick's shipped for free to my home. Received in 4-days. November 29, 2014
Impressive Used as base layer with a mid layer and rain jacket for walking in 29 degree temp. Wind chill at 21 degrees. 3 mile walk. Stayed comfortable. No moisture build. Warmer than other items I have used. Would be nice in mock turtle. It's a good fit. I will purchase again November 18, 2014
Great but be careful on sizing Functionally, this base layer is amazing. You can feel the difference in temperature retention the second you put it on. It's also very comfortable with respect to the feel of the fabric and reflective surface against the skin (I expected it to feel sticky or plasticky). The design allows for air circulation and moisture dissipation (there's no reflective surface in the underarm and small strip up the side - instead it is a breathable moisture wicking material) The only thing I would caution about is the sizing chart. I originally purchased an XL as the sizing chart indicated that was appropriate for chest sizes 46-49. I have a large chest and shoulders (I'm like a 47R in suits). When I put the XL on, it was too big for a baselayer in my opinion. I like my baselayer to be skin tight and/or compression. The XL was like wearing a comfortable / loose longsleeve shirt. I exchanged my XL for a Large at Dick's with no hassels. The Large is much more appropriately sized, but not tight enough (I don't dare go down to a Medium as the sleeves would likely be way too short at that size). If you like a base layer that's more like a relaxed / loose fitting undershirt, this is a perfect product. I'd like to see a more fitted and/or compression mock neck version. To be CLEAR, the technology and comfort of this base layer shirt is SPOT ON. It's great and it does what it says. Just be sure to buy the size that suits your preferences (try it on first).
