The HX HOT is not the best ball I've ever used by far. The ball only flies true from the rough, which is the only time I had great shots with these balls. It bounced WAY too much on the green, and I gained no extra distance. The box says "durable", buts it's no better than any other ball. I found a beat up Titleist NXT TOUR in some bushes and ended up playing with that for the last 4 holes and did great with that. The NXT Tour is a much better 3 piece and costs a few bucks less right now.
