Rated 1 out of 5 by BMX?? Just buy the Diamond Back and save $$'s & time.. I purchased a Hoffman carrion and had to replace 5 tubes in 5 days until I got smart and had rubber rim tube savers added to keep the spokes from poking holes in the tubes. I also had to replace both tires after 3 weeks because tires were so thin and cracking. The bearings and crank were shot after a month, and had to be replaced.. The bearings at the goose neck are now going bad after 2 months of very minimal riding.. I would have replaced the bike but now that things are getting fixed it is becoming a decent bike and i have spent to much to make it that way, I don't want to start over. But if I knew then what I know now I would have just paid the 400 or so dollars for a better Diamond Back.. But if you are willing to buy the Hoffman and spend the extra money to replace the bearings and crank and add necessary rubber rim inserts that should have came with the bike, and buy a couple new tires at 20 dollars a piece and some decent tubes you will come out with a really nice bike.. Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice bike Son really loves his new bike. The weather is cold right now, so not riding it to much to make anymore comments. January 13, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bike for the $$$ I bought this bike on sale for $160 and its a great bike for the money. I did replace the brake pads because the originals didn't stop very well, but good pads are only 20 bucks for 4 of them. I also bought new handle bars to raise the level of my hands when I ride. Good Haro bars cost me 40 bucks. So I spent around 200 dollars total for a nice bike without going to a bike store and spending $300 plus for a bike. I also had to adjust everything on the bike to suit myself, because they didn't do a good job adjusting cables, brakes, or the chain at Dicks, but it was no big deal. I recommend this bike to any BMXer. January 6, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Manufacturer Defect Rim has a rough edge that has to be sanded down. Defective rim immediately put a hole in the tube when my son went to ride it for first time on his 10th birthday. Had to replace tube. October 31, 2015
