Customer Reviews:

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome feel I've had a lot of clubs, I could never hit my driver very well. So I always used my 3 wood and it's lower profile makes it easy to hit even in the fairway. October 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Goodbye Driver It's amazing, 1st time out missed only one fairway on the 1st hole. Straight and high about 280 yards versus 300 from my driver when I actually hit it straight. October 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Driver This mini driver is very forgiving and the head is just the right size. It tops off my set.. September 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great club with a muddled sound The mini driver gave me everything I wanted and expected this club would give me. I use this club on holes that are 400 yards and less, which is a fair amount of the time. It is also quite easy to hit it straight from the deck and often times I hit off the tee and off of the deck on most par 5s, reaching with no problem at all. It gives me the accuracy and workability that I expected it would. The only downside to this club is the sound it makes at impact. It more or less like a thud than a nice ping. August 28, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by NOT WHAT I HAD EXPECTED!!!!!!!!!! I purchased the SLDR Mini along with a Taylor made Speedline 3-wood, both were set to men's regular flex. I didn't try either one until I went to Dick's Sporting Goods so I could get a first hand view on the monitor myself, and also if there was a problem I would be right there in the store to either exchange or return. The SLDR Mini was set at 12* loft, but I consistently could not carry the ball in flight no more than 205 yards. Granted I'm 64 years old, although my swing speed registered 89mph. I then tried the speed-line 3-wood and the 1st ball I hit carried 215 yards in flight, which has a 15* loft. So the only thing that I can attest to the result is the type of composite in the shaft of each club, the professional stated that the driver my hands were so far out in front of the club head due to speed, hip rotation, shoulder rotation that it couldn't keep up. I asked about a stiff shaft and he stated that in his opinion that wouldn't help. So, I returned the driver to the store which they accepted gladly, kept the 3-wood and then purchased a Mizuno 56/10 JPX wedge, which I found to be outstanding!!!! July 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good idea Like the club overall. Should have got 16 degree instead of 14 degree got talked into 14 by salesperson fitter went in to buy 16 degree my bad June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by One of my favorite clubs in my bag Decided to give one of these a try after I wasn't getting the consistency and accuracy I was looking for with my Cobra driver. Couldn't be happier with the decision! I went for the 12 degree, stiff shaft variant and still hit 300yrds off the tee, which is shorter than my Cobra but much more accurate and consistent. This club also has the added bonus of being able to hit off the fairway on Par 5s enabling me to hit the green in 2. I've had quite a bit of interest from other golfers I've played round with and would highly recommend trying one of these out. The $280 price tag is also significantly cheaper than a lot of the 460cc adjustable drivers out there. I have now dropped my Cobra driver completely from my bag in favor of the SLDR Mini. Rated 5 out of 5 by Just right This mini driver is straight down the middle. Very easy to hit and you stay out of trouble.. June 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Another oldster's review It seems like this is the new have to have club for us over 50. I can hit my existing 3 wood 210 and the Mini Driver goes 225 with equal accuracy. Weird that this thing is the size of the original metal drivers when they came out. June 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for me ! Worked out great for me a bit longer of the tee than my 3wood but just as accurate ! :) May 19, 2014
