Customer Reviews:

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Offer more smaller sizes in the stores, please! I bought these a half size larger than I usually wear, as my experience with most shoes of this type is that they tend to run small. These run very true to size so I had to return them. They also felt a bit stiff. My frustration is that no store carries anything smaller than a size 6. I wear a size 5. So this makes it impossible for me to try on a pair of shoes before I buy them - I have to buy them all online and wait while they ship. However, the policy did allow for returns directly back to a store, which is what I did, and the process was painless. Due to not being able to try on in the store, then buying online and waiting for shipping, only to have to return them because they were too large, is why I gave these a 4. It is not a reflection on the shoe quality itself. September 21, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid hikers I tried a pair of Merrill Grasshoppers and they were nice and light, but they cut into my ankles so I returned them and got Moabs. They are a little heavier but much more comfortable on my ankles. They don't have the cushiest padding in the sole (the Keens were softer) but they are a great fit, much like my last Merrills, purchased 7 years ago. The Keens were too wide for my foot, and the Merrills are just right. April 26, 2014
