Rated 1 out of 5 by mclarksays Broke on third use. My chains aren't neglected. they are regularly degreased, and re-lubed after rides. Also, I ride 2-3x a week. Broke on third use breaking a chain to change out front and rear derailleurs on my ultegra di2 6770, to go 6870. The tool seems to be cast. The teeth that hold the chain seemed porous. that is what broke on me. June 7, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by TMN Product broke On the first link of my kid's bicycle - the chain tool teeth broke...... both my kid's bike and the chain tool were rendered useless after that. May 31, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by danbury0706 Poor Quality The breaking pin broke itself the first time pushing the pin back in the chain. At first I thought it was a reversible piece for different size pins, but there was not way to keep it from falling apart and losing the breaking pin. May 10, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Devra chain tool Very heavy duty for $5! Have broken several of these but this feels sturdier so hopefully it will last. Came shipped in good condition. No issues. May 9, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Butrton15 Did what it needed to Much cheaper than anywhere else (even online), separated the chain easily. It looks like putting the chain back together will be more difficult, but I haven't done that yet. May 2, 2016
