Rated 3 out of 5 by Face Good enough. I bought these shoes for my son. The previous pair, a different set but one the Dick's carries, fell apart after one year of use. I'm hoping to get more than a year out of this new pair. July 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by scg36 Great Pair of Hiking Boots Good Value on a well made pair of Hiking Boots. Nice to find a quality brand of Hiking Shoes at a great value. All fit well! June 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by bdad08 Lightweight and comfortable I've never owned Columbia footwear and I was looking for something to wear at a Habitat for Humanity build. I purchased these rather than wearing training shoes. I found them to be light and comfortable. I plan to use these primarily for yard work and with casual wear/shorts. It had rained the day before at the build site and these treads did not push out mud like my upland hunting boots. They did not require a break in period as the uppers are about 50% mesh and the soles are flexible. I don't expect these to be waterproof. The construction looks pretty solid. I don't have arch issues and there is some support in these, not overly high though. The toe box feels a little loose so maybe I'll just have to tighten the laces. There is a good amount of cushion in the tongue and ankle support. Hopefully the materials last and there won't be any separation. As far as fit I purchased an 11.5, which is the same for my Asics. I wear an 11 in Nike as well as for most other brands. Mine say made in China. May 16, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by courtjester138 Toe box too small and the fabric too weak Maybe they're okay for JUST the right foot, since the toe box is too tight, but even so the fabric is too thin and will likely wear out too fast. Returning tomorrow. May 9, 2014
