Rated 4 out of 5 by Good pictures from this compact very transportable camera Great pictures, have not tried video yet. Only problem is 40 ft. infrared flash doesn't reach out to 60 ft. PIR detector so long range pictures can be dark. However still a great camera. November 20, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Easy setup Camera was easy to setup, picks up motion way past advertised distance, almost 75 feet away. A little condensation buildup on lens but with the weather and humidity makes pics blurry around the edges. The downside is the bungee cords to mount the camera. Will not fit around a tree bigger then 6 inches in diameter. Just hope the batteries last longer then the previous model. Good price, decent pictures, July 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by 1 st Camera did not work bought 1st camera as a Christmas Gift on black Fri. did not work, Wildgame Innovations does not accept warranty after 14 days from purchase so out of luck, luckily Dick's took unit for exchange without question. 2nd camera works but has poor night quality photo's and lots of just white photo's. research other cameras before buying this brand January 14, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Just purchased 4 of these cameras and may have made a big mistake in doing so.... I purchased 4 of these cameras given I had good experiences with similar WG brand cameras in the past. I have placed two this week and one powers down after a day or so apparently after the first picture is taken. Have a 16 GB SD card in the camera, one that worked fine in the other WG cameras so I doubt the card could be the problem, but I am in the process of the 5-10 minute reset process the company recommends. Will try it again after resetting. I saw an identical post from another owner and it seems they are in the perpetual loop of removing batteries and SD to do resets every few days too. Will update if I find the source of the problem. November 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Camera I have had this camera for about 3-4 weeks now and it works perfectly. Good daytime and nighttime pictures. Just what I would expect from a 6mp camera. I have over 100 photos of deer in just three weeks. I thought setup was fairly easy. If you can set your clock in your automobile you should be able to get through the setup on this camera. Rated 5 out of 5 by works well bought this camera and a 4 m.p. white led model and returned the white led model as it quit programming. It would also not take night video. The 6 mp i.r. model works much better and does not use a flash at night but uses an infrared light which doesn't spook animals. The videos both day and night are very good but I would like the trigger to be a little faster as one video got a doe and fawn as they were walking away from the camera. Lots of raccoon and bird video. The still mode works well too but also has a trigger issue but I think it will cut down on the wind triggered photos. Battery life seems good as after 2 weeks and 130 video and photos with the camera set on all highest settings they still show full charge. Liked it well enough to buy a second camera. The price was also right. Videos too big to upload July 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to use, Wildgame X6 Trail Camera. Your product is very easy to use. The size and weight make it perfect for mounting. I have been pleased with the quality of the pictures. Thank you. November 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent camera for the price Overall a great buy. Consider the markdown to $69.98, add in your $10 off coupon = great deal at ~$60. Original posting earlier in 2014 season also said "with batteries" and I was able to convince the manager at my local Dick's to throw an 8 pk of AA for free as advertisement was misleading. Considering that credit, my camera purchase was roughly $50 total. I have happy with the quality of the pictures day and night. The PIR detection range is incredible for the price of the camera. Easily picks up motion 60+ ft. See the example pictures for results. The batteries have not been replaced for more than 2 months and counting (even with 15 sec interval acquisition rate). Only complaints are (1) that if you have previously purchased a Wildgame Innovations cable lockbox (to prevent theft), then you may not be able to use it with this latest model. Earlier models of Blade X micro trail cameras had a flat face (e.g. Wildgame Innovations Blade Micro Flash Trail Camera Combo - 7MP previously available at Dick's in 2013) and fit nicely into the lockbox. This Blade X6 model has an improved 3D textured face which prevents it from being suitable for the described lockbox. (2) I feel that under very low light conditions (i.e. early morning and late evening) the camera struggles to take high quality images. This is because the the camera has decided not to switch on the IR flash despite low daylight conditions. This is OK by me, because I am still able to see what deer are captured. October 22, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for the money Takes pretty good pictures day and night. The only downside is that it's supposed to be able to have a 15 second response time but its really about a minute. September 5, 2014
