exactly what I was looking for. So far so great. Haven't got to use much yet. Looking forward. February 11, 2015
Get Pictures of Wildlife Easy to set-up. Get clear pictures. Like the colors you can get. January 14, 2015
Good product The Wildgame X8 Trail Camera is a good product. I have had over 12 different trail cameras over the years and so far this one is doing well. Its certainly is no stealth cam witch I would have preferred to buy, but I've got no complaints thus far. It is said to have 8 megapixel, its 5 at best when I compare pics with my stealth cam that was a 5 megapixel. I believe that it also advertised that the batteries will last a year. That decision is still awaiting but I can tell you that its been out in some of PA's worst north east weather that it will see and has had good results. I believe the bungee cords are worthless and I would have liked to see a strap with a buckle. But I am also putting it on 18" diameter trees, the bungee cord work well up to a 10" diameter tree. Over all, I cant say its a bad investment, but I've only had it for a month. January 14, 2015
Decent Game Camera First couple of nights the camera didn't take pics. I moved it to about 3 feet off the ground and closer to the corn, about 10-15' away. It took plenty of pics this time. Camera Fstop could be faster and it makes a noise with each take. This noise startles the deer some. It defiantly runs off Fox as all pics of Fox are shown as running away or at distance. Not Great Results Not very confident about this camera. Set-up screen letters are tiny-hard for old eyes to read, especially in the field. I did get some images, both day and night, but had a lot of corn disappear with very few images showing, well within the 40 foot range. First try at a trail camera so still on a learning curve. Doesn't work most of the time Takes good pics when it does, but doesn't take them very often. It takes pics of people walking by, but does not take them of the deer. The deer are in every night, and I have sat and watched the deer for an hour around the camera, and not have one picture when I check the card, sometimes no pics for 3 or 4 days. have tried different settings, and no improvement. Haven't tried the video settings yet, but that is not what I bought it for. December 22, 2014
Going to buy another. Great price for this trail camera. Compared to my other camera, this is hands down better. December 2, 2014
does what it should It's incredibly good and much better then whati thought. Even the night time pics were great. Great product November 27, 2014
average Takes great daytime photos. Dusk and dawn photos come out all white. There is also a click when ever the camera activates. Trigger speed is ok about 40 seconds 15 seconds for second photo. Night photos in total darkness are also good. Not the best but not the worst. November 22, 2014
Easy to use This camera is easy to use and quick to set up in the field. It takes very good quality pictures November 21, 2014
