Best Boots ever.....
I bought these boots for my husband and he loves them.......he said they were the most comfortable boots he had ever owned.

Good but not for me
I bought this shoe thinking it would hold up better than the Merrell Moab ventilator. My ventilators were wearing out about every 6 months. I thought they would be just as comfortable as them just made with leather so they might last longer. I usuall buy an 8 1/2 wide, so I bought a 9 thinking it would work out since it wasn't wide. They fit fine but, They just werent as comfortable as the others for the price increase of $60. I was expecting more from Merrell considering they make such a great shoe. I currently own 3 different pairs, pretty good brand loyalty just this style wasn't for me. A good leather work boot in a wide with would be awesome if Merrell would make it.

Hit the Trail
No break-in needed. I find I need to buy a size larger than I normally wear with Merrell. Bought size 15 where I normally take a 14. First time out of the box 8 miles with medium weight socks... Solid, comfortable, stable, no blisters... Very satisfied...

Great gift! Great product!
I bought the Men's Phaser Peak Hiking Boot for my boyfriend, who was due a new 3-season hiking boot for the White Mountains. He loved them! He is a loyal fan of Merrell. Would buy again!

Great Boot!
Really like it. It is a bit on the heavy side, but the support and tracking offered are exactly what I was looking for. Looking to get into the Adirondack's this Spring and Summer for some great hikes.

Great Boot
I've had these boots a few weeks now and am very pleased with my purchase. I shopped around and tried several and eventually settled on these for spring, summer, and fall hiking in upstate New York. So far, I'm impressed. The sole is firm, and they have plenty of ankle support. Cushion is excellent and the laces tighten up quickly. The tread is fantastic and really grips rough and uneven surfaces. Con, slightly heavy, but worth it.

"Phase One - Complete!"
I was looking for a good boot for the start of the AT this spring and was recommended this boot as a good choice. I've been breaking them in for a couple of weeks now but to tell you the truth, probably no break-in was needed. The fit is good as I have a wide foot. The lacing system takes a bit of getting use too and the bows come untied easily during walking. Hope that won't be a pain during the hike.

Great Boots
Ordered these boots in without ever trying a pair - was a little concerned about how they would feel - but they have turned out great. They were comfortable right out of the box and thus far have worn well. Only small problem in that the laces occasionally loosen over time.
