Rated 5 out of 5 by MelissaK71 Great boot. could use a smidge longer shoe lace. This is a great winter boot. I use it for hiking, and it performs wonderfully. I generally wear long, gym-type socks, and my feet stay toasty warm. I just wish it had a longer shoe lace. It is hard to lace up to the top, and tie. I will just buy longer shoe laces if it bothers me too much. The size did run small. I ordered a full size bigger. December 26, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by schueter2 Pretty good but returning I wanted a water proof, warm and well cushioned insole for walking the dog in the Wisconsin winters. It seems like the more comfortable the boot for walking, the less warm and waterproof it is when I read reviews for different boots. For this boot: size, I've always worn an 8.5 but recently every purchase I make in shoes, the 8.5 is too big. I've been ordering 8 or 7.5 with more success. I bought an 8 and it fits fine - but not if someone were to wear extra socks etc. I have only worn in the house and it really seems to have a semi decent cushion in the sole so thumbs up for the insole. It seems pretty warm but I only could test it inside. The reason I am returning is because it rubs the very bottom of my calf whether I keep it loose or tie it tight. I'm concerned that even if I broke them in more, it might just be too high for the purpose of walking. I wanted the shorter ones, but my size were not in stock. I think it is a high quality boot, and I would keep it but the whole purpose of the purchase is so I can walk a quick mile or 2 in the winter mornings. December 6, 2014
