Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is exactly what I wanted. Great boot for early season-light, waterproof, and comfortable. October 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lightweight Ordered them for my dad for a gift and he loves them! September 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great quality in a fast style boot! I have ran, climbed and trudged through most of my very high water tabled land in these with NO issues! I only wear them into the woods or when I need them, as I have no need each day, for waterproof gear. Very comfortable and no pressure points, great support and I have minimized much ankle tilt with these. The gripping is very good, but, as with anything, you will find it accel better in some situations. Even my $300 Lowas and Haix have limits, so I buy for the need of that item. I have worn these in fast dry conditions, with running and a lot of heal and toe gripping oredicaments. They work well, but, softer grips better and durability can be questionable for softer materials. This has a great balance and the insole grips work well for intended purposing, to include the holy grail of catchword advertising "tactical" situational aspects. I do recommend this boot until you get to sub 40 temps in constant wet. You cant recommend minimalist kit for what will be extreme situations. Again, buy for purpose or expect the obvious! If Im not standing in semi submerged for long periods, these keep me happy through deep fall! Daily winter use is not bad if not prolonged outdoor periods over 2 hours, nor deep snow. For errands, and quick stops, youll love these if tennis shoes are not winter choices! I dont expect my feet to do well in court/summer shoes in thise conditiins. You never kniw what may occur and planning could minimize injury! Not a single water issue up to an obvious point on the shoe. If you need deeper conditions, look at their snake series and higher thinsulate! Be smart and understand that demanding anything above its intent will not get you promising results. Exceeding limits will only be to YOUR discomfort or worse. Choose wisely in your steps with ANYTHING! October 12, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by very poor durability for the price. I have owned many pairs of boots of various styles and pricepoints in my life. These boots are extremely comfortable and lightweight but unfortunately they completely fell apart after 5 months. While they aren't anywhere near the cost of a real quality boot I was very disappointed how fast they were destroyed. They also were not waterproof from the beginning. If they can take this light weight concept and increase the durability these would be great boots for many different situations. December 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product Great pair of lightweight boots that are rugged and durable. December 5, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very Narrow Fit Very narrow fit! I read a number of reviews online and saw multiple mentioning the narrow fit. I tried on the "normal" width boot at a local sporting goods store and it was definitely awkwardly narrow and not a good fit. I ordered the wide fit from Dick's and unfortunately it is extremely wide, so this boot will not work for me. I wear a size 10 normal width in everything from hunting boots, tennis shoes and dress shoes so the Irish Setters just have an issue. I am going to try ordering a 9.5 wide and see if that does the trick. Boot is great besides that; lightweight, rugged and seems highly waterproof #which is why I bought it in the first place#. Dick's shipped quickly and no issues with the return, not their fault sizing is awkward! October 9, 2014
